Hi guys my lawyer filed back in December of 2008 throgh Divorce based on waiver, and today i got the letter from USIS that need more evidance and i had submit a lot like Mortgage for the house , and car loan together, another lesse where we lived before we bought house, tax return jointly 2006 and 2007 and bank statement, wedding pics and the pics when we were still dating, and letters, bills, proprety taxes,pics with friends , travel pics.... i dont know what is that mean? i fell like confuse and is this things normal ? can anybody help me please and get back to me i appreciate that thanks guys.

So if you know what was missing why did you not send it to them when you got the RFE? What did they ask for and what did you send to them in responce to the RFE?

My opinion about USCI is NON OPINION why? Because everything from them is stupid. Even if they will send me NOA2 after 6 or more of waiting, my opinion will not change about them, but my opinion about American’s workers, working there has been changed soooooo much since I sent my form to USCIS

Make an infopass appointment at your local office and find out why you got a denial. Could it be that you did not send what they were looking for or is it just a mistake on their part? The only way to find out is to visit the local office and speek to a immigration officer.

The People at the 1-800 line are not USCIS staff they are a call center and they use scripts to answer your questions so unless it is a very basic question they do not know and even then they get the basic stuff wrong all the time.

I know what the problem was. They didn't get some of the federal income tax documentation, but my question is why in the world didn't they contact us to say that it's missing and awited instead until it was too late.

Why???? Because!!!! That is answer Because!!! This is an answer. If you will forget to send something or sign any document, what will happen??? I will tell you, YOU WILL PAY FOR IT!!! How? By waiting few more months….Ok Now look. If any of American’s worker in USCIS will forget something to send, sign, if they will last your case what will happen then??? You will pay for it bubububhahahahahaha …. How? By waiting few more months. Why it is like this BECAUSE it is USCIS With Stupid American’s workers and that is THE END !!! People please open your eyes look on your country and then you will see why USCIS is working as it is…..

Here is the short story:

september 22: sent AOS paperwork

october 7: received an RFE

october 22 : USCIS received more evidence and updated my case:

Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed

3 months and 3 weeks later(today) i got a letter of denial, because i had 87 days to submit evidence and i never did(#######???).

So we sent all of the financial #######, but missed something.

I've called them about 4 times in the last four weeks, none of them goddamn f**rs said anything about any papers missing.

What's gonna happen now?

Do we reapply? Do we pay another ridiculous fee for the AOS?

Please, help, i'm desperate!

Shoot, I'd love to have a couple of touches this month like you have. Consider yourself fortunate, especially with all those members here that have waiting for many more months than you ... even years. At least you're getting SOME attention from the USCIS. There are people here who haven't had a touch in 9 months ... and my heart really goes out to them.

All of us here miss our spouse/fiance' and would give anything to have them with us right now. My time apart from my beautiful wife has been the hardest months in my life. Getting all pissed off and calling Americans stupid will not make any friends here. Yes, the process needs to be fixed, but your constant insults to the people that live in this country ... who by the way have absolutely NO power to change things ... really will not help your situation. We are going to write TV abut all process in USCIS, CSC. After four months we have been touched twice first time 23rd of January and second time at 26th of January. After it we thought that we are approved, but we have never received any confirmation about approving. So today we decided to call NVC if they has ever received something from ficki….g USCIS. They told us that they has never received something and we either. So right now we are consider to write to newspaper about all our case and how government is fuckin…..g US. Is it good idea? Today when we call US…piece of ###### they told us that after last touch we have received something within 30 days…. What ?????? is it a time that we are accept from them NO!!!!!!!!!!! I want to have my answer in one or two days because that is the way that all offices in the world are working!!!! And I do not care that it is stupid American Office I do not care that there are working stupid Americans I know one thing it is not international standard…. Please say your comment..

Complain all you want, will not do any good. By the way, USCIS is not like regular American offices, they are buried with thousands of petitions,

to go thru this process of waiting and waiting is part of the whole AMERICAN PACKAGE. Calling a American stupid will not help your situation.

They can take 6 months. After that you can begin calling the service center and requesting to speak to a supervisor about your case.

Generally if you call before 6 months, they will tell you to wait wait wait.

Remember, it is a government agency so generally like all things government, they will move slowly. But you must also remember, you spent $455 for a service to be rendered. And if your like me, you expect service to be performed, government or not.

So, at 6 months, you begin calling the service center and you beginning asking what is the status of your case. Be aggressive, be proactive.

Maybe your still pending. Maybe you were approved, but the center has not mailed out your NOA2 yet. Be happy they have not lost your file and that they are aware you exist and touched your file. Some of us haven't been touched in months. My last touch was Sept. 24th, and that was an address change.

Like I said, after 6 months, if you have nothing, call the service center and talk to someone about your case and inquiry why as a decision hasn't been reached yet.

We have not been touched since 4 moths. Then have been touched first on 23rd January and second time on 26th January. I would like to you ask you what had happened? Ok, before I begin, just wanted to say hello to everyone, I just registered on the site.

Here goes.. I am a US Naturalized Citizen. My fiancee is from Poland. She is currently here on a tourist visa until July. We've been juggling around a couple of possibilities of getting her here. We've discussed a fiancee visa, but we both agree that going the spouse visa way will be better for us. We will be getting married in Poland in September. But that will be the church wedding. The thing is, I have a job here that I can only get away for about a month, which will be during that time of the wedding. What we don't want is to be apart too long after the wedding. So we came up with possibly getting a civil marriage here in the US now, and sending out the application for the spouse visa while she is still here on her tourist visa. Of course, she will leave before the expiration of her I-94 and she will be in Poland for the interview. Doing it this way, we're hoping to kill some of the waiting time in the beginning of the process while being together. She has to be out by July 25th, so let's say we get married in Feb/March and mail in the application soon after so the first 3 months of waiting, we're together. Is this a legitamite possibility? Also, she will be wanting to work ASAP when she gets here, so I assume the CR1/IR1 is our best bet?

First thing are you speaking polish? If not that is ok I am from Poland to and my fiancé is UC . We have had the same question as you when I was in US on my Tourist Visa. After long talk and few phone calls to USCIS, we decided to apply for fiancé visa. The only one reason was that I have to com back to Poland. So We were not able to take married because then I thought we have to wait long way until my I 130 will be approved. Now I see that we should do it and at this time I will be in US with my love looking into her amazing eyes instate of seating here and checking e-mail every few minutes…. So If you have time just go forward and take married because K-1 is not good solution it is good only for those who has no other way… Good luck
