So no biometrics in the mail today..however, the I-765 application is showing up online! Strange that the other three aren't, but I won't complain.

Here's a question: I noticed that Chris and I seem to be the only people in this group adjusting from an L-1 visa (sorry I haven't updated that yet)..does anyone know if he'll be exempt from the biometrics appointment (as he already had this done for this visa)?

Still no bio appointment letter

I'm in the same boat as you..got NOAs on Monday but no biometrics letter yet (as of yesterday)..what gives, USCIS??

The thread is kinda quite today. I can't view my case online. it's been 15 days now from the dated of my NOA's 1.

Alas, no biometrics appointment letter today. Hopefully it'll come soon!

We just got our biometrics letter today. Check my signature for dates we received everything. It's ironic...I was going to post the same question today and never got around to it

Can't say as I'm not slightly jealous that you got your biometrics appointment today and Chris didn't, but congrats nonetheless! Fingers crossed the mailman brings good news tomorrow..

I received my NOAs on Friday and the next following Monday received my Bio appoitment letter. You will receive it very soon. Good luck

We can see two of the 3 cases online! YAY! It shows they were updated yesterday! YAY! The I-765 and I-130 are the two online, took 9 business days (counting the day after Thanks, is it a business day? I think so)...so still waiting for the I-485.

Hi all..can anyone tell me what happens if Chris receives his biometric appointment letter but is out of the country when his appointment is scheduled to take place? Is it really difficult to reschedule or potentially do a walk-in? And also, can you do a walk-in before receiving your official appointment date? (And please don't think we're being selfish and trying to cut the biometrics line..we just fear we'll be in England when his appointment is scheduled to take place!)

I got my 3 NOA's today! AND a letter for the biometrics. My appointment is for December 26!!!! I'm soooooooooooooo excited and happy and thankful!

Wow..congrats!! My husband's package was delivered on the same date as yours, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that when I get home tonight his NOAs and biometrics letter are waiting for us!!

Ok, I know this is off-topic (by the way, we did exchange rings that we bought at this adorable store in Soho for our civil ceremony but will be getting new ones for the wedding next summer), but our checks were cashed today! We're super excited. We tried to input our case number from the back of the checks into the USCIS database, and it isn't working; can someone give me an idea of what the case number should start with? Both of our checks have MSC followed by what I believe is the case number, but then they have two different sequential numbers at the end (019 and 020). Has anyone experienced this before?

Congrats on the checks cashed! Why did you write more than one check? I only wrote one check...I hope that was ok! On our K-1, the case number started with three letters. I would look for a number like that. Just from that experience, I would guess you'll get your NOAs within a day or two, so don't stress too much (HAH!)

We wrote two checks, one for $355 for the I-130 and one for $1,010 for the AOS. I'm sure writing one check will be fine! Just out of curiosity: did most people on this forum use a lawyer? Chris and I didn't and are praying we don't get our package back or continual RFEs!! So far, so good!

Any help with this would be appreciated..my husband and I filed his EAD and AOS paperwork late last week, and I, being a US citizen with a full-time job, am his sponsor on the 864. As of the past two years, I have been making well above the poverty line; however, I was a student in 2005 and certainly did not make $17,500. My question is: will this be frowned upon? Should we have asked my parents to be a co-sponsor? Or will my income for 2006, 2007, and now be sufficient?
