Has anyone used the Public Charge bond method in lew of form I-864?  I am hoping to learn if this method could be used for my step son's immigration as i do not have current tax returns. Thank you in advance for any help.

I have son from my previous relationship means no married attached .Yes, I have my son birth certificate's with father name and sign but no married involved. .

Greetings! 

  My US husband file for my son who is 17 years old for an  IR-visa last December . Now I am concern about my son's birth certificate because I indicate his dad as a father and sign the birth certificate  (previous relationship) . I have no contact the father of my son 's since he was born , he abandon us and never support financially .  Do  my son have trouble in  coming to the US  or for his interview at the US consulate  ?

 Hi VJ Members,  I  am in US with a 10  years GC on a IR1  Visa. During my visa we used Sponsor to bring me in. I am curious if we are eligible to bring  my son from thePhilipines who is 16 years old now? Can we used the same sponsor docs if i bring him? On what visa we are using for him to apply? How long the process from the start to end?  Thank u so much for any info . 

Her previous K1 Is 2 years ago. They not sure if cancel or approved . They dont know what to do. They never sent any mail yet. 

• This is about my sister and her F. Also how long does its takes to cancel the previous K1? And how soon  my sister can aply for her Fiance visa? After other is cancel? What if they decided to get married in the Philippines and decided  to go with a CR1  and apply  as a DCF in Manila Embassy could be possible and not afftected Her previous K1   Cancellation? Any help much appreciated. 

Need your help mga Sissies! My sister meet her F .Now they wanted to file a Fiance Visa but the F admited that he already apply for Fiancee visa 2 years ago with other Filipina but they never pursue it coz the filipina meet other F again. Now me and my F wanted to file our Fiancee Visa, how donwe know my F previous visa is cancel ? And can we still apply ? Do u think my F is red flag at the USCIS since i am here 2nd applicant? This concern is from my sister . " My fiancee is apply for my K1 visa. I am  curious as  i have an Annulment  paper which consist of big pages from the Philippines Court . Aside from  the NSO result that the married certificate before have annotations. So curious if my F will have also a copies of mycourt orders aside form my NSo annotations.pls helps. Thanks"

Location for  petitoner is Penssylvania USA. And planning to submit  the K1 Fiance Visa. Now  curious which lockbox  to send the Fiance Visa if the Petitoner  is living in Pennsylvania?  Thanks for any info.

I have a sister from the Philippines and have a Boyfriend would like to visit her in the Philippines . I am curious if both of them can file at the Manila Embassy for there K1 visa as this consider there first time to meet in person? Her Boyfriend is planning to stay until her visa file and approved so that they can fly same time here in the US. Any futher info is very helpful for my sister and her Boyfriend.

Hi Everyone,

I have a question about getting a K or other visa for my sister.

My sister in the Philippines has been conversing with her boyfriend from the USA online for over 6 months. Just recently her boyfriend (an older gentleman) attempted to fly from the USA to the Philippines. However, he has a big fear of flying and while he made the first leg of the flight, when he boarded the second leg (LA to Japan) he had a panic attack and almost heart attack and had to get off the plain on the tarmac and was rushed to the emergency room. Now he is afraid to try and board a plane again and wants to know if there is any way my sister can visit him for their first one on one meeting.

Is there any provision in K or other visa that would allow my sister to come to the USA under conditions etc...

They do want to get married, but the fear of flying/health issue with the boyfriend is preventing the first meeting.

Any thoughts or ideas on how to overcome this issue??

Hi all,

I am a natural born american. I married my wife a Filipina and she is now a Permanent Resident. Now we want to sponsor her son from a earlier relationship. She was never married before I met her. The father of the child is MIA. The child's Filipino birth certificate is in the family name of my wife. I have heard stories of Immigration not approving a child in this scenario unless there is a document signed by the birth father.

Anyone know about how to deal with this type situation??

any info on how to successfully immigrate my stepson would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to ask for info? and requirements how to apply ? what are the requirments? how long are require to stay to apply for this US citizen? Also every summer i visit the Philippines . Total lenght i stay in the US is 3 years excluding my visit to the Philippines. Can i avail to apply for Citizen?
