    Greetings to All Vj members, Hi there, My interview is getting closer .. anytime now.. i am bit nervous about it..I am very very curious on how the interview will be.. Is Anyone here who are already finished their interview ? What are the preparations to assured that i should be approved during my interview. Any ideas on what particular questions? should i prepare?     IR-1/CR-1 visa is better than K3 visa ,,!

      yes IR-1 is much better then K3..i am also a IR-1 oct.2012 filer ,,and im getting closer now for my interview march 26..

    Can i ask for those CR-1 visa applicant, did you guys get NSO Birth cert. and Marriage cert. for civil documents, or just a long form original copy of Birth cert and original copy of marriage cert.?

      all docs make sure authenticated by the office of the National Statistics office..

    Yippe!! So happy Finally got my NOA2.. and USCIS want me to forward more docs & they want me to get ready for the appointment for Interview.. Yay!!! its happen so Fast and never been expected for today.. I guess this would be the nicest xmas i ever recieve:) Thanks God

    Greetings! My husband is an american living in the philippines and we been married for almost 6 yrs now. We just file our IR-1 last Oct.9, 2012. We wondered what is the next step we will expecting for and how long should we wait ? Any idea on how long or time line we will finally got my visa approved since we just file last Oct.9 , 2012.
