mailed N -400 on 11/07 to VSC. Local office, Hartford, CT, which frustrating has one of the longest approval backlogs.

Hey my friend, I feel your pain. I mailed my stuff 11.03, also to VSC and guess what, since than nothing happen yet. In addition I tried to figure out the numbers from the copy of the check, that was mailed to them and cleared out, but cannot do it. We"ll be in touch.

Having a copy of my cached check that was send to USCIS, is there any evidence on it to find out information about my case? I tried to fit all numbers from it to case status box(USCIS website), however didn't work out? Maybe there is something that I do not know about it?

Does anyone know if applying for citizenship based on marriage to U.S. citizen will speed up the process, rather than after five years as the green card holder?

yeah, I know in some cases it might take forever, hopefully not this time. Ever since I started dealing with them, they were pretty much on schedule according to their timeline. We'll see. Thanks anyway.

Hi everyone, I'm the new guy here, and also not happy about long process. However I mailed my citizenship papers on Nov.3, to Vermont and two days later they received my staff. On Nov.10 my check was cleared out, and since then quiet. The local office of mine near me is Hartford. If any of you have any previous experience with them, looking forward to hear from you.
