This is the NOA receipt for your stepson extending his status. Your husband (he is the foreign partner and the boy's father, yes?) should receive one as well. I expect he will get it either tomorrow or next week.

Hi to all! We sent out our I751 package on December 29, 2008. Today, Jan 2, 2009 we received mail from USCIS addressed to my step-son K2 and my husband did not get anything. This is what it says in the letter please tell me if this is the NOA/extension Letter. By the way this letter is on the ordinary paper only.

VERIFICATION OF INCLULSION OF A DEPENDENT IN FILING OF FORM I-751

This is to verify that you are included as dependcent in the request for removal of conditions filed by the above-names principal alien on the date indicated. This verification extends the validity of your alien registration receipt card and allows you to remain in the United States, with work aurtorization for one year from the filing date, or until a final decision is made on the request, whicever comes first. You may travel outside the United States and return during this one year period upon presentation of both your alien registration receipt card and this verification.

Another question, is my husband will receive NOA/extenstion letter? For those who have K2 dependent, did you get the same letter after sending your I751 pacakge?

Hello to all! After sending the I751 package and if ever my case has RFE, are we going to receive the RFE letter first then Biometric letter? and If we receive my biometric appointment is that means I dont have RFE? Please need your input. Thanks!

Did they ask for affidavit from friends or family in your RFE letter?

hi

today i got a mail from uscis requesting for more evidence. My evidence is very weak and that scares me. Me and my wife's permanent address is her parent's house but we both attend same university and have a rented apartment nearby since 2006. we do not have a single utility bill in both our names. for example.. cable/internet, phone bills are in my name.(but to same addresses). Whereas electricity bill is in hers name. even worse we dont have a joint bank account( we have separate individual accounts). The car is in her parent's name so is insurance. we are full time students and dont have any evidence from job showing beneficiaries. only our tax documents show jointly filed (last 2 years). i m not sure what more evidence we should send.. the only new additional evidence would be a joint rent lease of our apartment (which we did not send the fist time). i m worried and its extremely hard to convince them.

what more can i do? should i send the pictures, tax returns, others again? should i write a letter saying me and my wife live in her parents house and their automobiles and have it signed by her parents? would this help in anyway?

Hi to all! I have a friend who sent out their I751 package yesterday and they used the form that was revised on 7/30/2007, Is this still good to use?. I just found out too that I751 form has been revised again on August 2008.

According to USCIS See Here it's not a valid form any longer. They (USCIS) say "08/25/08. Prior revisions accepted only through September 23, 2008"
