OMG, every second hurts were not together for so long what do u do guys or preparing as of getting interview schedule and medical? r u preparing somethings? like documents? or anything that can help?

do you have your manila case # already? if so, you can already set for an interview.

one question, did you call the NVC if your papers were already forwarded to USEM?

if yes, go and call USEM to have your interview schedule.

yes we have mnl case #, we call nvc and they forwarded it just last week monday.. were just waiting for that letter to arrive to call atty and cancel them, thats our plan. will this work?

Don't wait for the usem letter to arrive before you schedule your interview and go for your medical....as long as u have your case # and mnl# go ahead and make an interview appointment. When you have the email confirmation for your interview go for your medical already, present that email and the scanned copy of your noa2(petitioner's letter with mnl#)

I had my interview march 11 and when i got home after the interview it was only then that the DHL delivered the usem letter telling me to go ahead and schedule my appointment and go for medical. Don't waste time anymore...

hi, i heard its air21? is it the same with dhl? we only have a copy of noa2, noa2 is on our atty and that is y we would like to get letter and show it to attorney so we can cancel attorney...is noa2 copy allowed so we can start medical sooner than later? also schedule interview?

try to call up NVC and get your MNL case # DO NOT wait for the usem letter to arrive before you schedule your interview. i was able to set my visa interview with just my mnl# and went for my medical with a scanned copy of noa2 and the printed email confirmation for my visa interview. I had my interview last march 11 and when i got home after my interview DHL just delivered my usem letter telling me to call usem and schedule interview...useless letter! hahaha

hi do u have lawyer? can we do that way also? we r planning to cancel atty but how does it will affect on our process? hows ur medical and interview?

we also have a lawyer and they received the NOA2 hardcopy after a week but before they got it. we already initiated to call NVC for our case #.

we were approved march 03, called the NVC march 06, lawyer got the hardcopy march 11.

right now we are not relying into our lawyer, they are just delaying things.

when you have your case # from NVC you can already call USEM to set for an interview and you will received a confirmation email. as for the letter from USEM,it depends.

I got the letter from the US Embassy by Air21 delivery together with the K1 Visa packet. Is that what you were talking about?

I hope you are aware that USEM has been denying the use of co sponsors more often recently.

Hi. I heard of that, but im going to hope and pray it's not a big issue for me. Im in the process of getting a full time job just might be a few more weeks, but im just trying to fill out the 134 as I stand now. If I get the full time work then i will just redo my 134 form. I do have over $30,000.00 in saving plus a co-sponsor. Hope this will help me along.

See instructions for nature of evidence of net worth to be sumitted.)

This is the 1st $ line what do I put here? my annual income per year? my issue is that I just started to work october 6, 2008 part time and no work before this time during the same year. I am still work part time now. I do have a co sponsor with a annual income of over $52,000 for a a family of 3 now and 4th will be my fiance. So what do i put in this section?

Yes, your annual income. Calculate it out.

Your co-sponsor would have their own copy of the I-134, and would put in their annual income.

hi thanks for replies, we got attorney and started k1 process since september 2008 and we just got our noa2 on the 3rd week of february, and we wanted to set interview date but attorney said "u cant set interview since we r handelling your case" they take so long and attorneys office branch which is on my fiancee country, the secretary or whoever that is doesnt know even simple things regarding k1..so we wanted to cancel attorney and do it on our own, would they give back all our documents? and would there be problem if we cancel our attorney in our filings? would that do good since they take long to do anything?:-/
