  1. HI GUYS,

We've been denied last March 04'2011 due to AWA. Now, me and my fiancee decided to be friends. Were still in contact with each other though. We sent them an appeal last March 21... I don't know if i still hope for NOA2. It's just maybe good that we decided to change our status to move on our life. My life and his has been pending due to the waiting process. I Love him to death, and that denial keeps him so depress. I hate to see him cry day by day...

I just hope that all those AWA filers, will not go through the same process that we have. I hope for your happiness guys...

God bless us all in our everyday journey.

This will be my last post...but maybe I will be back once in a while to check the site.

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO YOU MY VJ FAMILY!

    Regards,

    missingyou_01234

  2. well...my fiance just called USCIS and unfortunately he was told that they decided to conduct more REVIEW on the APPROVAL NOTICE they sent us and that if a decision is made they will issue a new visa validity date...we felt like we were given false hopes :crying: this is just too much pain for us but still praying everything will be alright

Congrats for the 1st approval. And the second approval too.. It will be very soon... God bless!

  3. So our case fall under adam walsh, been on the file since march 2008....did this and that....after several calls and mails, we received email informing us that last week we were sent a notice that our case was certified approved and forwarded to appelate body for review ( it then fall under INITIAL REVIEW when we check our status online).. then 5 days later we received another email telling us that our case was forwarded to Administrative Appeal Office for review ( again, when we checked our status online, its now under POST-DECISION ACTIVITY)....so my fiance called again to asked for enlightenment coz we did not received the notice yet..so they made referral for our case..then just a while ago, we received another email informing us that our International Marriage Broker Act Waiver was approved...if u fall under AWA do they automatically subject you to such waiver coz we did not apply anything like that... is this a good news? we just dont understand those different opinions and email contents that they sent to us...anyone who experienced this? ur opinion is greatly appreciated!

This is a good news. That means NOA2 is on the way.. please keep us updated. Thanks

  4. Work keeps me occupied and she works on her own cooking and relling items.

She would watch and talk to me as I fell asleep with the webcam on . ( I do not feel as strange now)

    I agree

I will send a PM my attorney very thoughtfull and experienced has almost none with AWA and will yield to an experienced attorney if needed.

    Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

  5. We used to be on Skype everyday and we would sleep with it on too. She took a job as a live in caregiver so she may be just busy and trying not to think about it. She is really worried about it not being approved. She doesn't have internet where she is and can't let her employer know that she has American fiance or they would not hire her if they knew she might be leaving, jobs are hard to get there. Her Facebook still says we are engaged and last time i had message from her it said to just give her time. We had a fight (my fault) a week after getting the NOID. I think if she wanted to end it she would tell me, but i'm still worried. I got my Psychologist results back yesterday and yes i'm no threat to my adult fiance. I'm just gonna give her some space and let her do what she needs to do. The NOID said a decision would be made in 87 days, that would be about 12/27/10, if approved I don't think she will turn it down.

I hope all the AWA filers get approved, most people made one mistake and learned from it, mine was 15 years ago and i'm off probation so i was shocked when the NOID came. This law was not well thought out.

Yeah I guess she's just too busy. hang in there man. Just gather more evidence as much as you can. My policy with this is the more evidence the better. Ours was filed 2007 so I'm kind of used to the distance but of course hoping to end this agony of waiting and live with my fiancee. That is my plan in the next month get a job after my study. You can browse the evidences that people sent to uscis as evidence to NOID. Stay positive. everything will just turn out fine. God bless!

  6. I haven't heard from my finacee for 10 days, i'm hoping she is just stressed and working, but i am worried about her. How did the stess affect your relationships?

Stress is natural for us. I cried and sleep and eat too.. heheheh! I also study and make myself occupied. That's how I deal with it.. :). I hope you will hear from her soon.

Yes we had a touch on Saturday 11/20...kind of a weird day to recieve a touch.

Whoa 10 days is an issue do you communicate by cell or land line or something like a majikjack?

We use majik jack and talk multiple times a day sometimes for hours.

    I hope all is ok

About us we communicate through skype when his working and yahoo while at home. I sleep with headset on my ears it's funny. My fiance also sleep with his webcam on ( just when both of us are at home).. Love makes us crazy but super fun.. I hope we guys will be approve very soon.. :)

We also had a weird touch. Just one touch and no more..Let's see what happened... :)

  7. I got touched, maybe they did it to shut me up, or maybe they are actually moving forward *crosses fingers* my fears is it dragging out years. Thats not something I would accept, I expect due process and for uscis to follow the time frames they give me

same here. we have touched 11/20/2010.. no change of status.. hmmm..Lets see.. :)

  8. Congratulations guys. It is really a great great news.. I want to ask if you receive a letter after NOID asking for more evidence. Thank you so much! and Thanks God for this wonderful news of yours!.

We are Praying for the next process. I hope you will keep us posted..

celebrate..celebrate now!

  9. May be somebody can explain to me...

THe last thing I can see on uscis web site is thaht my case was transfered to local office in March 2009. We we sent NOID after I finally got tired of waiting and went to Infopass and my case was found and "moved in a proper location" in Feb 2010. NOID was in March, we replied in early June still meeting 87 days deadline....

But there is no touches or any other updates in their website about my case...

Do you think that that is because my case was moved to LOCAL office, out of CSC?

Is there any way of knowing what is going on there? Calling doesn't do a thing, they say they are not responsible for local offices.

    Hello.. Kazauva...

In my case we receive NOID last November and Respond last December as we already gathered evidence early.. The last touch was on April 27 and it say's transferred to vermont. After that no more touches.. So probably they are now processing our case and hopefully we will hear good news soon in Jesus name. God bless us all.. I know it's hard to wait but for sure it will be a wonderful blessings to be with our loveones. Hang in there guys..

    :)

  10. Did anyone else receive a notice of action letter stating the transfer of the petition to the Vermont Service Center?

And did this letter have the same statements regarding Premium Processing?

I ask my fiance a while ago and he read me again the content of the NOTICE OF TRANSFER and It's the same as what you have as far as I understand.. :)

  11. I returned home today and had a letter from USCIS - I-797C NOA which was notice of the Vermont transfer on 4/22.

Also noted was that a 15day premium processing clock would start once the correct office received the petition. with a Premium processing phone number that was provided for information which is different than the customer service number.

    What is premium Processing?

I have no idea too.. but I hope the magic word for us will be soon " Approval"...

  12. Thanks Kazauva for the respomse and the information. I really appreciate it.... =)

Anyways, our NOID before says prove that I am not a risk, it was on November and I responded right away because of the evidences that I gathered already. I live in Colorado and filling for K1... I surely hope they will give us the long waited NOA2 for all of us.. God bless!

  13. Today was a good day. Adam Walsh petitions can rest at ease. Our visa was approved in hand. My wife will be home Tuesday next week. No questions in regards to my past, except the court paper work from my past was handed to my wife in Spanish.

My wife's knowledge of my past left the embassy without any damage to questions to ask. Thank you for those who had helped me threw certain stages of this process. I will rest my profile her on visa journey tonight.

I will be more then happy to give advise to others in need of my same situation. God bless every one on Visa journey.
