    Got a I-797 notice of action today in the mail....Our case was transfered to Norfolk so we have an interview on Dec 19th.

    41 more sleeps until my medical in Montreal...66 more sleeps until the interview. Wish I were a bear so I could hibernate until then.

    Kenny got packet 4 today! Next available interview is April 27th. Booked it but might check next week to see if something else sooner opened up.

    Again off the phone with DOS, packet 3 has not been logged yet. I keep getting the same story, "Sometimes it takes months" Ugh!!!!!

    Packet 3 signed for in Montreal today....I will call Tuesday to see if it was logged...Kenny finally got his copy of packet 3, mine is still MIA. I'm glad I went ahead and sent the papers without it :-)

    AOS was rejected! They say the revision date was wrong on the I-485. The date was changed 4 days AFTER they rejected our app. I think it was a scam to get the new fee in. Now we hafta pay the new fee. %$*%#!

      lol...yeah no kidding! Gawd something has got to give; I've read timelines overn over! From what I can see, it's about 4 months to interview from p3 return date...ugh. Yes I am excited to see Ken soon...should be towards end of this week...but go figure i work all w/e!

    109 DAYS SINCE NVC CASE COMPLETION... STILL NO INTERVIEW DATE... How ridiculous is this?! Our immigration process is complete but now we are waiting almost 4 months for just the interview date... not to mention the wait for the actual interview will still be 6 to 8 weeks after we receive this friggin date!!! :((( grrrrrr
