    About the P3 & 4, My petitioner received a letter stating that the NVC will forward the petition to USE AD within last week. And it clearly says that the embassy will send me (not to petitioner) the packets very soon. Maybe they change he arrangement this time. I hope so! Let's see what happens.. :) Have a great evening!
