Thanks. What's funny is that my delivery confirmation (green receipt) never came back to my home address. I got a bit worried that the package did not arrive in the Chicago lock box. Now I will wait for my NOA1. Hopefully that arrives to my correct address.

I sent my I-130 to the Chicago lock box on 11/12/08. I'm getting worried that it got lost in the mail or that there is something wrong with it. I sent it with delivery confirmation through USPS. Though I have yet to receive the green slip back. I plan to call USPS. Anyone have any ideas?

I was typing up my wife's I-129F form and noticed that I could not fit her whole name in the name field provided. Also, the country field is quite small to fit "Philippines" in it.

I know we can fill the form out by writing in black ink. But I prefer to type the information since it will be easier for them to read. I know that if I write it out there maybe an issue of them not being able to correctly read the information.

I was wonder if you all knew whether it is ok to type all fields except the "Name" and "Country." I will handwrite those fields since it can't fit if it was typed in.

Alot of people had to do this, including myself. Those fields do not permit room for long names or addresses. I think its perfectly acceptable

Just wanted to ask if anyone knows if my wife's B-1 visa (tourist) is still valid while her k-3 visa is still being filed. I'm not sure if her tourist visa becomes void after filing for her spouse visa. Thanks!

I'm submitting my wife's G-325A Everything is complete though there is not enough space to include all her employment positions in the past 5 years. Does anyone know if we can add a extra sheet of paper to include all her employment positions? I really appreciate your reply. Cheers

Of course but do it in quadruplicate, just like the G325a itself.

Attach a blank piece of paper. Make sure you label it as an addendum to G325a Employment History. Make sure you make 4 copies.

No need to submit evidence of bona fides with the I-129F for spouse. You can if you want and if there are red flags to address, I'd submit evidence addressing them.
