Hi, could you tell me about your interview. Did they tell Driss he was approved then? They gave Houcine a 221g and said they would call.

the ?s were pretty simple. The website we met on, they had him wirite it down. about me, my likes, about my employment, and that was about it. The lady Houcine spoke with last, dark hair, glasses, was a bit rude. Jan and Rachid, We are excited and soooo nervous about the interview. Houcine has all the paperwork ready to go. This has been more stressful, waiting for interview, than waiting for NOA2. I have been sick, STRESS!! But all will be fine. We will post after interview so all you guys will know what to expect. Hope yours comes sooon.

Congrats...wont be long now. Yes, we are soooo excited and just cant wait. Houcine has all paperwork and evidence of relationship ready. But, let me tell you this has been the hardest, waiting for the interview, and so stressful for us both. I just pray all goes well on Mond. We will post something as soon as we know. Congrats again!

Can you tell me how much you had to pay, total, at the interview. I know its 131 Dollars, but is there another cost for fingerprinting?

sorry to keep bugging you but....Did you get the visa the next day, how did that work. DId they tell you on that day when they would give it to you? How long was you there on the day of the interview? Thanks

Oh, yes, sorry. You will get a letter from them stating it has been sent to Casa. We waited a few days, then I sent an email asking if they had received his papers and when his interview was scheduled. THey responded within 2 days with the date, then Houcine recieved his packet about a week later.

Hey, I forget to tell you you can email the consulant in Casa and they will (they did us)respond back with the interview date. Thats how we found out first, then the packet arrived with the letter and forms to fill out. They respond within 2-3 days. THey have been pretty quick on responses to us. Try and see!

Have you heard anything about your interview yet?

Hey, I-134 is the Affidavit of support. DS 156K was in the packet but it is a 1 page general info for K-1 visa. There was nothing in the packet about the I-134 financial support, but I have filled mine out along w/my parents and have sent that to Houcine for interview, if asked.

On the consulate Website it wasnt required eaither.... but he will bring it just to be safe!

Dr. appointment went fine..... They didnt ask for any financial info but I have sent Houcine the I134 along with my parents as Co sponsor just to be safe! Thanks... We are so EXCITED!

appt. letter, list of dr., DS-156 (french)2 pages, what to bring(passport, b-cert, police cert., 2 photo, marr. cert. med. exam, evid of relationship), DS-157, DS-230 (biographic page). Thats whats in it. He has dr app tomorrow am.

Hi, No packet as of today, Tuesday. But in answer to your questio about the I-134, someone had said on a forum that Casa did not require it, but on the embassy site, newly revised, I see that they say it is a good idea to have it with you in case they do ask. So I am going to send it to Houcine, just to be safe.

Hi guys, No Houcine hasnt gotten the packet but I did get a response from the embassay today, via e-mal(2nd one sent) and his interview is set for March 5, 8:00am. So I would assume his packet is on its way to him. We will let you know what it contains and what is required. We are excited!!!!! Speed to you guys too!!!

Hi, No we havent heard or received anything either. I sent an email last week to embassy and have not had a response from them. We are hoping Houcine receives packet this week. That would be great. Hope you do to. We will keep you posted and you do the same.
