    Yes I'm still living in India. It was filing the DCF that was denied. We never got the process started. It's been a nightmare.

      DCF rejected on the basis that I don't live in India (which is #######, I've lived here a year and had power bills, residency permits and more - none of which they even wanted to see). We never got past the window to start the process. The Indian woman behind the counter told me that none of the embassy laws/rules/guidelines matter. Only what she said did.
