I just recieved a mail from NVC asking to pay the affidavit of support (OAS) fee and another of choice of address and agent.I am wondering how to deal with that last form. I will pay fee online tonight but I need a help with the other form which start with the name of my wife...so do I need to send this paper to her or what>????

That has to be completed and signed by the applicant, not the petitioner. This has to be done before the IV Bill generates and it's after that gets paid you send the ds 230 and the supporting documents.

you meant i have to fax the form to Morocco, wait til she will fax it back, and then send all the papers together, do want me to pay that OAS fee now, another question what about Affidavit of Suport fee BILL, how can I pay it?

You can pay both fees on-line. In about 2-3 days you go back on line and print out your receipt and bar code Docs for the AOS and DS230 and send the bar code sheets with info they want. (Make sure you keep the AOS docs separate from the DS230 docs)

They will need her original signature on Part I (blue ink) You can fax it to her or scan and email it to her, or email her an attachment of PDF file doc. But she will have to FED EX it back to you with the orginal signature. Then you will send that with the other docs (orginal birth certificate with cert English translation if appl., Orginal Marriage Cert., Police Certs, Copy of her Passport, Her 2 Passport Photos,) You to send need the orginal of all documents and one copy.

first of all they did not ask me for a copy of her passport neither her photos, secondly, can she ( my wife) choose me as her agent for the CHOICE OF ADREESS AND AGENT, so she will check second option on the form...but I am asking how to pay DS-3032 form,can I use the same website? can u give me please instuctions to do so...thank you so much

another question on the choice of adress and agent there are 3 options, which one you think is the best one to choose?

typically it takes about a week to get there you can call the automated voice response using your nao2 number ie WAC (if at csc) and the numbers after it.

my case took 21 days...to get to the nvc not sure what happend but 3 weeks seems long to me

Today i got the hard copy of my approval by mail,how i will know that my case has been recieved by NVC?

i called last tuesday NVC and i had been told that they recive my case from CSC on 11/03, i supose to recienve a letter within 4 to 6 weeks. what the next step.... beside waiting... i have to take?

I know brnidokiegurl got approved in October. Anyone else? I'm familiar with the basics of the NVC process but need to get better educated in a hurry.

i also got approved in 24 octobre today i got by mail the hard copy of the approval notice, i am wondering how can i check if NVC has recievd my case? and which information i need to have once i call them?

i am still waitting for my approval hard copy, i got approved on 10/24 and my case got touched on 10/27,now my question is how i know that NVC recieve my file and there is a way to track it from there?

My I 130 form got approved on 10/24. It takes 9 months of waiting. I did not got yet the hard copy of my approval, but i am wonderind what is the next step? and how long the prosses will take to the inteview day?
