just wishful thinking it can be done but you would need to live in the Philippines and then you could. It is called a direct consul filing (DCF). You can check out the info in the guides above to see if you do qualify but at first glance probably not.
-
You timing is about right if you do not run into any significant issues or get processed two quickly.
You/she can already get everything that you will need for the embassy interview via the internet at http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3238.html
There is no duration that she needs to be in the country but she will need to take medical exam at St. Lukes with at least a 2 week gap between the exam and the interview.
-
For the appoint at St. Lukes. It is done on a first come first serve basis.
DS-157 you bring 2 to interivew but it needs to be validated that you have paid the visa fee.
When you schedule the interview she will get a letter. Otherwise everything can be obtained via the internet at the embassy web site
Since your a K1:
http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3238.html
The page reference above will include the validation info for the DS-157

Part 2 is in the instructions which is used to identify which category you file. You can also look at the guides above to help in completing the EAD.

$$$$$
in Philippines
You can bring in up to an equiv of $10,000 US but if you do read the fine print on the customs forms you will also find that there is a limit of 10,000 pesos if the currency is pesos.
When I travel there I bring about $200 and covert it. Then as I need more I just use and ATM machine. It is safer than having all the cash.

Until you get married your only option is the K1 which is for Fiances, When you get married you have 2 options, the K3 or the IR/CR1. If you check out the guides the differences are discussed although in most cases the IR/CR1 is just slightly longer to get than the K3 but the IR/CR1 is cheaper to get and the spouse is able to work as soon as they get the US which has certain advantages.
best of luck

I have done this many tiimes, >25.
When she leaves the plane she needs to take all her personal belongings and carry-on bags. Yes even if the next flight is the same number
Then follow the signs to international connecting flights.
She will go back through security. They will want to see her passport and a boarding pass or ticket to the next international flight. In her case this is boarding pass showing her flight to the POE in the US.
After security she will then need to look on the flight information board for her next flight # to see the gate and the departure time.
She needs to be at the gate 1 hour prior

Correct that a CENOMAR and a CENMAR are different .
For K1 you need the CENOMAR
For K3/IR1/CR1 you need the CENMAR.
The OP is asking about a Certificate of Marriage and the CENMAR. They are the same.
CENMAR = Certificate of Marriage
No can a Married person request a CENOMAR? Yes but it will show the Index number of the CENMAR thus they are not permitted to be married.
-
They are in fact the same from NSO. CENMAR is the NSO version of the certification of marriage from the Cival Register. You want that for the VISA process
-
The mother needs to go to the civil register and complete the consent form. The register the signs it. We had to do that in Sep.

An update since I tried the pdfescape plug-in today. Worked great. Only issue I had was after I edited a file, saved it, closed it, then tried to reopen it and edit it I had to save it under another name. That is a minor issue. This allowed me to work on my wife, Maricel's EAD and AOS today and we will not need them for several months. I personally give it
-
I am going to be checking that out later today. Wish I had it when I was doing all the original forms but it will help out with the AOS/EAD once we get there.....
-
And a black pen so you can fill out your form.
-
Congrats. Hopefully in a few months I am doing the same.

Try just doing a screen print.

Call up USCIS and ask them to fix a typo on the form. You will need to know the form, field #, bad data and new data along with your NOA receipt #. They will perform a service request and provide you a tracking number for this.
-
correc the VJ estimates tend to be correct. The issue with the USCIS timelines is that when they post it it is usually 1-2 months old already. For example the Nov update is not the data from Nov but rather if you look closely is really from September.
-
the shots are include in the price at SLEC so she may as well wait then as you state suck it up. My wife will be doing the same thing.
-
And 3 more for your medial screening at St. Lukes.
question about notorized affidavits
in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Posted
Actually it depends upon the form and the version. For example the pre-Oct 2008 I-134 needs to be notarized. The Oct 2008 version does not need to be notarized. As always the guides are guide but always download the latest required form from USCIS.
