    Where to address the payment fo AOS?

    Good day! We are about to send our AOS application, just one thing make us confuse was where to address the payment for AOS.My husband use personal check for paying our application, is it okay? and where we should address the check? Thank you so much and hoping for immediate replies.

    My vj family..i would like to share with you about what i found out! my husband called the USCIS regarding about my SSN, i know i kept on repeating about it!!..SSS office kept on telling me THE IMMIGRATION HAVEN't changed my status name to my married name when i follow-up my application!grrrr...Well anyway,when husband called this afternoon, the man he talked to asked for my A# in my EAD, Guess what he said.. he couldn't even see in my file where i received my EAD last Nov.14,2008 nor see that my AOS have been approved already last Jan.26,(Hopefully crossing our fingers crossed) after i checked it online and received an email from Cris, "CARD Production Ordered", then a 2nd email from him "Welcome Notice Sent"..

    So guys, what is your idea on this? its so rediculous!

    BTW! before i send this now, i checked my status online and says, APPROVAL NOTICED SENT...so i dont know what to think right now....i wish to hear from you..thank you!!

    im just confused cuz my friend of mine just arrived last Dec 23, 2008 got a SSN then i went to Social Security to get one for me but they told me i cant get one cuz were not married yet but my friend is not married yet also..

    when did you get yours??

    why is it taking soo long..?

    I am holding myself not to cry and be sad right now.

    My fellow VJ's who had the same interview date as mine already got their visas yesterday.

    How come mine is taking LONG..?

    We badly want to book tickets right away since airline tickets are increasing $100 almost everyday.

    Please do include me in your prayers. The waiting is totally killing us.. :crying:

    We just wanna be together soon so that we could plan our wedding.. :crying:

    Just be patient my dear it will come soon...I got mine for 13 days after my interview...

    Its not a problem as long as you love each other and have a proof of genuine relationship..I met my fiance on March and he visited me last May for 2 weeks then he filed June and I got my visa now and ready to fly to be in his arms again...

    The tax transcripts say that I've paid $17,000 in interest on my house loan this year, and it's out of state. There are millions of americans in the same boat I'm in right now. What do you recommend I do about that?

    Should I only submit my W2's, bank letter, and letter of employment? I make 40,000 a year. How should my fiance handle this during her interview?

    I brought the bank statement of my fiance but the consul who did my interview never asked it..they only asked the W2 for 2 years and ITR for 2 years also of my fiance...
