I opened my email and saw an email from US IMMIGRATION.. but when I looked closer, it was only a stupid update on some newsletter or ####### I subscribed to. OMG, I can't take this anymore... WHAT THE HECK IS THE HOLD UP? So helpless just sitting here waiting for someone to go back to their desk and do some work. There isn't even a person we can call to get the REAL DEAL.

Im so pissed off just reading your post. Is there anyone you can complain to about the conduct of the Einsteins who answer the phones? OMG just remember they have no ideda about the processing times and they probably make a game out of how much they can piss off the callers. We are seeing April approvals so we know that Feb 12th is just a date they were scripted to give because thats what the website says.

I suggest requesting an expedite for the NVC since the expedite for the USCIS does not carry over. Put a call in to your senators office. They should be able to push it along

that's strange. Isn't that where your file originally was? It seems this whole immigration process is full of gliches and error messages.
Call a tier 2 and maybe you'll get lucky or contact a senator's office and explain to them what happened. Ask them to make an inquiry. That is how I found out I was transferred to TSC only 2 days after I got the email notice. I actually made the inquiry before I left to Costa Rica. I htought they forgot about me. Then I received the transfer notices and then on Black Friday I received an email from the Senator's office with my inquiry response

I just listened to that in the car with my kids. They pulled it up on Youtube while I was driving.

Im a little pissed today after seeing some June filers being transferred ! Yea, I know they have to be transferred but can't they approve March and April first?
And then their files will be put in the same filing room as ours and someone will come along and grab the first box they see.... and then the June approvals will start....

I really feel like they are grabbing whatever box is closest to the door. That is why the May filers are getting approvals so fast ( my little theory) They are just getting transferred. Its easier to grab the closest box than to find the correct box and adjudicate in order right?
So disgusted...
and as far as the expedited Philippinos..... Well, Ok go ahead and push them through but DANG, can't they assign a special division just for them so the rest of the process doesn't get F*cked up?

there was an approval over on the May Thread today. Today is not my day to feel happy for any approvals filed after April. Im just not feeling it today. I only feel jealousy... Can't help it

I sent a fax to the TSC this morning... Something along the lines of: My Christmas wish is for my I-130 petition to be approved this week. We have been waiting for 8 months as of today.. Blah blah blah everyone in your office gets to spend the holidays with their families. I know I can't be with my husband this Christmas but an approval this week would speed up the process so we don't have to miss any more holidays and special occations together.
Have a great holiday and remember those of us who aren't with our spouses due to the huge backlog at the USCIS...
I didn't sign it but I did provide my case number incase someone with a sympathetic heart might look into my case and maybe do something with it.. ( I can only hope)
And no, I don't think it will help but like everyone else, I feel helpless. I made me feel better as I faxed it !

WOW, I don't even know what to say... You could have already been approved had they sent it out when it was first issued... OMG I can only imagine how pissed you are... When was the last time you called tier 2?
