A lots of February fillers at VSC are not still approved. With this slow movement I dont think you are going to be approved this year..

The VJ timeline suggests I-129F approval starting January 25th. Anything prior to that time will be considered a miracle in my mind.

i know this is about the vsc filers but i also filed the i-130 in july and nothing yet , my i-129f was transferred tot he local office in sep-19th and nothing yet

Filed I-130 on July 3rd. I-129F was improperly rejected (for not sending a payment!) but now has an August 20th date. Don't know when approvals are coming so planning ourselves a New Years trip. It helps to have something solid to look forward to while in the midst of all this chaos!

I just submitted my I-129F petition to Vermont yesterday via DHL. Waiting for proof of receipt today. I thought I'd get the conversation started for those joining me on the journey this month. I look forward to sharing stories along the way.

My fiance is Indian and resides in Bangalore. We got engaged on 7/30/08 and I just returned from India on Monday. This site has been really fantastic in helping me feel confident that I can do this process on my own and with the great assistance and advice of the community here.
