My wife recently got her Citizenship and now she wants to petition her sister, her husband, and 2 children to come to the United States. Her two children are 11 and 3.

In addition to filing the I-130, it looks like the I-130A would be filed her her husband, but is there a form for her children? 

I came here because I'm wanting to do a search in "Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America", but as mentioned, the Google Custom Search searches the whole site. I wanted to do some research to what others already talked about, but I'll have to make my own post.

Oath Ceremony is September 8th. The PDF was on the website today.

I just got the update from ELIS that my wife's ceremony has been scheduled. There's a ceremony on August 25th and September 15th, so I'm going to guess it's on the 25th of this month.

It's been a while since I checked in, but my wife's status is only on "Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled." It's getting close to 3 months since the interview.

Okay, I just looked on another page and it says "Oath Ceremony Scheduled" with a Last Updated date of today. She's getting ready to go on a girl's trip to Vegas and San Francisco, so hopefully it's not during that time.

My wife had her interview today ans she passed! Before today, she was so nervous that she wouldn't get approved, but she did really well for the past couple of days on the 100 questions and I helped her some ways to memorize some things she was struggling with.

The interviewer was very serious and my wife got more serious in return. 

My wife just got her Interview letter in the mail. It's scheduled for May 9th... the day after her birthday  Now she needs to really focus on studying for those questions. She's been busy with her new business.

My status says:

"Status Message: USCIS has scheduled your interview appointment and will mail you the appointment notice."

I only signed up for the USCIS website on Friday to check on the status, so I'm not sure how long it has said this message. Recent Notices doesn't show the document that they would be sending.

My wife had her biometrics today. She was in and out in 5 minutes!

My wife got her biometrics appointment letter today. She is scheduled for this Friday, so it's a pretty short notice!

how does one know when they have been approved? do you receive a letter? thanks i'm waiting on an approval. i filed february 25,2013

A letter will arrive that says near the top "NOTICE OF REMOVAL OF CONDITIONAL BASIS OF LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENCE"

then in the body of the text it will start out saying "Congratulations! Your request of the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved. You are deemed to be a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States as of the date of your original admission or adjustment of status." (Our Admission Date was February 23, 2013).

I'm in the same situation and I even included medical and dental bills that lists which one of us had treatment and those bills add up to $10K. She is a beneficiary on everything and I included that last time, too. On every bill, she wasn't able to be added and when I added her on one, it never showed it.

I google Travelosity and it gave me an error.

I forgot to bring paperwork that showed:

"Proof of a bona fide marriage and shared life together. This may include, but are not limited to: Bills in both names, bank accounts in both names, birth certificates of children born of the marriage, purchases made together, school records of your children, any other documentation that establishes a marital union."

I had it ready to go in a separate pile, but I just forgot to bring it with me.

Sent back our RFE yesterday hoping it gets to them before Monday so they can jump on it when they start HAHAHAH(wishful thinking lol)

I'm in St Louis, too, and we had an RFE. It took about 2 days for them to approve the Green Card.

Kha-Han's green card is now in production as of Feb 23rd. =)

I got the interview letter today which they scheduled for Feb 10th.
