Who signs the DS-3032? Me (the petitioner) or my husband (the beneficiary)?
-
When do I send in form DS-230? Is it possible to send it in at the same time I send in I-864??
-
Just with the I-864, you do not need to attach it to the choice of agent form.
Thank you for clearing that up for me!!

Is it necessary to attach the barcoded cover sheet that you get after paying the $70 fee to form 2303 (Choice of Agent)? Or just with I-864 (AOS)?

Hi there!
I have now received my case and invoice number from the NVC. I went online to pay the AOS fee and for some reason after I log in, NVC's website won't let me pay online?? I click the check mark box to pay the $70 and then click "pay this fee" and nothing happens? Has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Thanks in advance!

I just received the NOA2 approval notice! Now my case is being sent to the NVC. My case is going to be sent to the consulate in Costa Rica for the interview, but is there anything that I need to do while my case is in the NVC? Are there fees to be paid before my case goes on to Costa Rica? How long does a case that is supposed to be sent out of the country typically spend in the NVC? What happens now?! I am totally lost!
Thanks for your help in advanced!!

Yes, you have to pay an Affidavit of Support or (AOS) and Immigrant Visa (IV) bill. The AOS is $70 and the IV is $400. If you get all your documents from your foreign spouse and you are prepared you can fly through the NVC. Someone just made it through the NVC this month in 11 days. Look at these guides and read them very carefully:

Also make sure your spouse sends you orginals of the documents sent here:

Good luck
Thank you SOOO much!

Is the processing time for the I-130 really down to 108 days (CSC)?
-
Send them an email.
The contact email address for the San Jose Embassy is consularsanjose@state.gov
I could not find the email for the Immigrant Visa section but try the one above they will let you know exactly what to do. More than likely you will be able to notify the of the new address via email.
Best of luck,
Fabian
Thank you so much Fabian! I really do appreciate your help on this!

email, letter, phone, psychokenesis
Haha :-) Should I wait to contact them since we are only as far as the NOA1?

You will need ot notify the consulate before they send out the interview package to him.
How do I notify the consulate?
-
He does not have any family where he is currently living, and there is only one Consulate there in Costa Rica. Is there any chance they would call him before actually mailing the package? Or will they call him to go and pick up the package? How could we contact the Consulate to let them know?

My husband (I-130 Beneficiary) is living in Costa Rica and he needs to move to a new city for work. How or do we need to report his new address to the USCIS? I would appreciate any help! I am VERY new at all of this!
