I had called USEM on Nov. 12 talked to Grace. She confirmed what NSO had told me that my DV were delivered to USEM on Oct 12. Then she tell me she check the status and she said she checking two different places. She told me the CO was done reviewing the case and all was complete. Then she said wait and let me check the AR. Then she only tell me to call back Monday Nov 18. My fiancee wanted me to call Friday Nov.14. I called and talked to Lorraine. Asked her to check the status of our case. She tell me the CO has not completed the case????????????? How can that be when Nov.12 it was already complete. I told her i called Nov.12 and was told it was complete she basically only told me i was lying and that no way was i told it was complete. I was specifically told the CO was done with reviewing the case and that all was complete on Nov.12. I guess there is no way to tell if it is complete or if visa is issued. Because all they tell are lies. Would be so much easier if they would just be honest with people. Only thing to do is wait until visa arrives then and only then will you be sure it is complete. Don't think customer service would fly like that in the USA!!!!!!!!!

I am really really really sad with this waiting time for this visa becoz of the DV... this waiting time killing me and my fiance, we have misunderstanding which supposed to be if only Embassy issued me the visa rightaway just like other who got their visa with no hassle we been already in each other's arms since 3 months... Embassy is ruining relationship if this situation they are going to continue... Patience, grabe na ang pasensyang ginawa namin.. but it's really different if we are with our love.... Hi sis! Hindi ka nag-iisa! I just read my twin sis email, i can't help myself but cry, talagang umiiyak ako kse we are expecting na magsasabay kmi but unfortunately, nauna visa nya, i'm so depressed pro hindi ko pinapahalata sa mga anak ko becoz they are also in distress with this visa. Imagine, going to 2 months na akong ganito, no matter what i do, where i go, visa pa din nasa utak ko. It's so disappointing kse we are really sure of ourselves that we didn't done something bad with our papers like fraud, malinis lahat and i don't know with these consuls why they have to make us suffer like this.Don't they have any conscience?Pero what makes me strong is i make it a point to PRAY and thank HIM because i know everything has a purpose.

Hay sis.. on the 26th Birthday ko na. padala na lang daw ng card fiance ko kasi he knows I wont be there to celebrate w/ him. Lahat na yata ng important dates na miss ko na. pati ung anniversary namin, thanksgiving, birthday ng parents nya, on the other week Birthday din nya. Wala naman tayo talaga magagawa eh. sa kanila ang gawa.

I just want to ask about your experience tracking delbros. I tried tracking my case to delbros when i got home after interview "MNL2008******01 and nothing is showing. except for blank date and description. I asked someone if thats the same thing that showing when she track delbros website after paying her visa delivery fee and she said... NO. She said it shows the " shipment in process" this message shows the day after her interview. she got pink and white slip too.

Mine seemed unusual.

You guys have the " shipment in process" when you try to track delbros website online right after you pay the visa delivery?

our case is the same. i also don't get anything but a blank date and description exactly just like you. i guess it's better to follow up at USEM than delbros. anyway as long as you have paid the delivery fee delbros has to deliver your visa/passport when they have it. try to look for the website of USEM and contact them thru email. they will answer you as long as you have purnished them with the right information about you. they have an inquiry system. just ask them and they will give you answer promptly regarding your visa status. try it and let me know if it works for you also. yeah you're right, all we have to do is just WAIT. he he. My visa is F1. My mother is our petitioner who is a US citizen, it's a long process, she petitioned us 1993. Where do you live, are you within metro manila? if so, why dont you bother to go to USEM and follow up your visa?

No! My mom is our petitioner, she's a US citizen, our category is F1-unmarried sons/daughter... My sis paid her DV two weeks before her interview, but mine i paid after my interview becoz i dont have any idea about this DV thing so maybe the reason of all the delays is this DV. Haaay!

hi, i called call center twice after knowing and confirmed that my dv arrived in embassy, thats when they start not giving us Filipinas infos calling the 301 number, calling call center is just waste of time, and waste of money, my twice attemp goes to nothing, b4 they give me info about my case, they ask me a lot of question, like , name, address, when we filed, when my interview, etc etc etc, it took a lot of time before they can give me useless info, after answering all those question, the only answer i get from them is your case is still pending, the processing time will took, 2 to 3 months, try to call us again for any updates, and again they will tell you, thank you for calling this ******** number, etc etc,

my second attemp was after 2 weeks since my dv arrive in embassy, and still same message i get from them,

i was so upset, i ask the lady, if my dv arrive, and she said, Not yet, so i tell her why is your system is not update? I told her my Fiancee called a week ago, and Grace confirmed it was already there, and all she said is again is Thank you for calling etc etc, and hang the phone,

after that call i never try to call that number again,

I've been reading a lot of complaints with regards to Grace, Lorraine, Call center, CO's etc, yeah that's true, there was a time i had this chance to call Grace like 8am and she's nice but she keeps on insisting to call at 1909.. but she asked me my case# and lil' bit of information telling me my case is under review.Gosh, that's why the best way i'm doing now is going to USEM personally to follow up my visa and so w/ my 2 kids TWICE A WEEK at window X.

Hi sis... that's how I felt after i get info my sis got after calling the call center twice. I know it's not their fault but it is the fault of Embassy for not updating the Call center. If they wanted Us to call the call center.. they should make sure they update all the cases all the time so its worth wasting our money and time. I'm glad I was able to talk to my fiance a while ago.. He is the only one who makes me feel better. hay nakakaloka.

Hi I'd like to ask, because my husband just sent me all the docs for the tax return (individual and for his company)... Question is, he didn't send me pay stub or W2 since he owns the law firm (the reason why he sent the tax return for the firm), will this be fine? I have his last 3 years tax return and last 2 years of his law firm's...

Hey I have a news, I let my sis call the 1909# for any update. According to her, the person from the call center said that there is still no DOCS verification from NSO. #######. she was asked what other documents was received. Of course I have none. she also asked when was the last touched by Consul and she said Sept. 26. what the hell. Embassy say DV from NSO arrived Oct. 17 and in Call center it hasnt arrived yet? Why would they let people call the call center for an UPDATE if they dont even give update to cases in call center? They told her to call again after TWO WEEKS???????? this is so annoying, frustrating, depressing, stressing and disgusting etc!!!

yes, no co sponsor for k1 and k3 visa.. If just your fiance meet the poverty guidlines, and nothing to worry about....

OMG! My fiance is making way over the threshold, but he resigned from job 3 months before the interview(long story). But he has current job which pays almost as much as he was getting paid before, but he only started working the last week of october, and by that time he already sent me his documents. I have his I134 and 1040 that shows he is making over $21,000 in the year 2007, he will be able to provide W2 as well as bank records that shows his average balance for the last 12 months. We just found out that USEM doenst allow co-sponsorships just last night so it will be too late for him to send an employment certificate from his new job. Would his 2007 ITR,W2 and bank records enough?

Just present his Tax transcript, present employment letter and latest paystub you will be fine.

Is it a requirement that the beneficiary is currently employed while waiting for the petition? i just don't feel like working yet and would just want to wait for the approval of my petition but if this would cause a problem for my future embassy interview i would then look for a job even if i don't fell like working...

for those people who got their visa or had their interview already where you asked about your employment in the philippines during your visa interview or was it all about the petitioner's work information?

I left my job as soon as the petition begun. No problem during my interview. Its not a requirement. Only requirement for petitioner to prove that he can afford to support you during your stay. Bt yes.. it is asked during pre screening interview if what was your job and ur past job. They all care about the job of your petitioner.

Thanks for Quick reply Leira.. Well I guess as I said before, everything depends on how slow or how fast are the consul to review cases. My consul was female and still waiting for 24 cases to finish. I dont know if shes done working 24 cases since Monday to have my papers turn to be reviewed. Well, Sis.. maybe your papers will be reviewed next week so hang in there.
