HI GUYS!!! sorry ngyon lang ako naka visit. My visa was delivered November 25. They are supposed to deliver it Nov. 26 but I beg them to deliver it on the 25th coz i'm leaving for Manila on the 26th. naawa naman. hehe. Tomorrow I'm planning to attend the CFO Seminar.

I am a school teacher and this summer was the first time I visited my fiancee.

I left the US on July 2 2008 and returned on the 9th. The visit was short for the reason that I had to return due to work related responsibilities. I recently consulted an immigration lawyer who thought that he could get an approval, but thought the short ammount of time we spent together could be a problem. He thought I might need to take another visit to satisfy the possible skepticism of the embassy or the UCIS. Has anyone got any insight in to this or suggestions. He did say though, that it might not be a problem. I would appreciate any insight in to this possible.

My fiance was only here for 5 days 4 nights in Philippines. We didnt encounter problem. I was approved during interview . His visit was short because of his Job too. I was not even asked why his visit was very short. You will be fine. SHe has 90 days enough time to spend w/ u in US to lknow more about each other whenever she gets approved. Don't use Lawyer unless your case is complicated. They will only delay the processing.

sorry, i've been away for a couple of days....errands and family matters...i got my visa afternoon of november 21st, friday...4 days before the visa got delivered which means four days of staying home and waiting...so, come my visa, rushed and did my errands...di pa din tapos til now...i'm not going to make it for thanksgiving...i begged off kay hubby coz i lost all my weekdays to do my errands and i need weekdays for all the transactions i need to make...plus my final pay will be released next week so hintayin ko na siya, hehehe...

im flying on saturday, the 29th, pero hirit pa si sister na dec 1st na lang at long weekend daw...i havent booked but based on my travel agents, pinakamura na talaga hawaiian air....and pinakamura magbook online...so, im booking my flight MNL-LAS on the 29th or dec 1st via hawaiian air (at about $620 MNL-LAS) online....so to those flying MNL-LAS (christian's gem, i remember you asked, hawaiian air is the cheapest), i suggest hawaiian air with 4 hour stopover in honolulu...ETA in LAS 11:30 pm...

So, if we are married already, do we need a CENOMAR or not? Because now it woud show her as being married to me. And we have a Marriage Certificate for that.

What these all means? first.. i was issued immigrant visa. second.. i was issued non immigrant visa, third.. Recall the message. ANo ibig sabihin nito? may system error? all were sent at the same time. any idea?

M@C, call mo na rin, kasi that price is for Dec 11, going to detroit then dallas. I don't know the price of the ticket on the date you plan to leave and to where. But Northwest so far has a cheaper price coz they have stopovers and connecting flights to your destination. MIT offer the lowest price, as of what I know. But others might have a better idea?

Try EVA Air. Often they offer cheaper fares. And though unusual Cathay and Sing Air offer even lower rates. But given the season mahal talaga ang rates ngayon.
