Im american citizen and just got married to a filipina who is a multiple visa holder last december,

my question is,what kind of form should i use?she doesn't wanna go back to philipines any more,

can we file petition here and what form should i use,also she have a minor son,thanks in advance.

When you got married to a USC and applied for AOS why did you not file for your children at that point? You are going to have to file to adjust their status as they are here illegally.

i was scared that they might get deported,and i really dont know what to do at that point,and also i did not

want my new wife to find out that i have 2kids here with me,but now she knows everything,and this is her

sugestion about getting the kids paper work all set...thanks again...still dont know the 1st step so they can

I came here with my 2 sons (minor) as a tourist visa,then after couple of years later i myself got married

with a citizen,now im a citizen but my kids are still on the same boat,wich is still tourist,they dont leave

with me they leave with their mom. My question is, what do i need to do in order for my kids to be a legal

or citizen do i need to file AOS also for them? pls help im so confused.dont know what to do or where to

else,now i am an american citizen,just wondering what would i need to do,in order for my sons only to become

but i need the whole documents that i need, CIS does not really give you the documents for getting

my kids here in america,they are only for adults,nothing says about petitioning for minor child..thanks

just wondering and hoping that somebody can help me out pls,dont know what to do.here's my story,

I've petition my kids (minor) and my wife to come to u.s and they all got approve,got the packet

from NVC in regards to visa fee bill,what i did is i just pay the one for my wife (due to hardtime and not stable)

but then my kids visa fee bill got expired,that was 4yrs ago,now i want my kids to come here (usa). i called

CIS,they advice me to call NVC and find out if i can just go ahead and request NVC to send visa fee back

again since i never pay for it,then NVC told me that i would need to file I-824 (action for an approved petition)

but NVC told me that i would have to talk to CIS again to make sure that it would be ok with them.

My question is do i need to start all over again start with I-130 or should i contact CIS and see if i can go

ahead and filed the I-824? anybody outhere has same problem,would appreciates it if somebody can help me

out please...thanks...god bless...
