1. What are papers or documents i need to prepare so my husband will start to file i-130

2. are all documents needed outside country or used outside country must be in red ribbon?

Hi. I will be going home to Canada for a weekend on my stamped Cr-1 (entered the US 2 weeks ago - no green card yet, just stamped visa). I just want to verify that this is perfectly okay? I dont want to try to return home to the US and be turned away!

To be clear I am almost positive that this is okay, just second guessing myself! Thanks!

PS Assuming that this is perfectly okay, is there any other documents I should being with me for my voyage or just the passport/visa?

You will be fine. I returned to Canada a week and a half after my POE and returned to the US using my passport with the endorsed visa and had no issues at all. Have a good trip!

Today my spouse got her VISA approved at the Mumbai consulate. The interview lasted for 5 mints or so. CO asked following

- Husband's place of work

- Show some wedding pics

Hi guys, have been lurking in this forum since 2008:) just wanted to share and encourage others that r wating as well...i got the card production email today. my noa1 was on march18th, i was a day late (day91) and did not give them an explanation, must admit i have been sweating bullets coz of this hehehe and my fp was April 29th. thanks for the encouragement and we see u next year on the citizenship thread:)
