Read the website;details of what you need for a K1 visa all stated there in details...it's also important to gather evidences while you're waiting for the result of your annulment.Like, pictures of you and your petitioner;if you have a child, then picutres of the 3 of you if possible;get your birth certificate from the NSO;print your emails to each other, remitances if he sends money;tell him to get a copy of his income tax return for the last 3 years . Good luck .

a court order is needed to provide as evidence for the custody of the children,if it is sole custody, the mother should still seek for a letter from the biological father that he is allowing his children to be with their mother..meaning...making it complicated for applicants, that's the way it goes..i guess....

when our documents was sent at the NVC,They ask for further evidence, like court order for the custody of the child and a letter from the biological father that he is allowing the child to immigrate to US...

Why don't you request for "one and the same name"certificate from our Philippine Embassy in the US,that's what i did..just go to the Phil.Embassy website in US and down load a form and send it to them together with a photo copy of your marriage certificate, passport. In that way you can provide this consul an evidence about your new name.

It would be better if you consult an immigration lawyer, than telling your wife to go back right away to the Phil.because the rules are "case to case basis"..At least here ,the case can be filed in court if worst comes to worst and you can be defended by an immigration lawyer at the USCIS;in the Philippines, the US Embassy will not care if you have a lawyer or not..Let the immigration lawyer know that you already filed for the 1-130...

Hi,I remember when I went to the US for the 2nd time, they treated me like a criminal and they over reacted too..glad i still did make it here..anyway,why don't you try complaining at the office of the ambassador at the US Embassy Manila..Kristie A. Kenney, 1201 Roxas Boulevard Ermita 1000 Manila;do you still remember the name of the crazy consul who interviewed you? I really hate them ,they are like Gods inside and all the applicants are so nervous and anxious because of them....as if our future will depend on their decisions...at times they would not look at documents, they will just look at you and then decide if they will like you or not, that's what i felt....i hope you'll have your visa soon, you had enough of trauma from this people...God bless

Hi, i travel to Phil.by NWA,and there are a 2 check in baggages that she can bring aside from her hand carry, per luggage,it should weigh not more than 23kg each.
aside from that, the 2 luggages will be picked up to the final destination(Philippines ) not in Japan because it's just her connecting flight going to the Phil.
