Thanks. I guess I will be including some emails and chat logs, to be safe. I hope they don't make her go all the way to Guangzhou for the interview. There is a US consulate in Shenyang, where she lives. I know a girl who told me she had to go to Guangzhou from Xi'an for the interview, and I was confused why she had to go so far. Does anyone know about this? Do they make everyone in China go to the Guangzhou consulate for the interview?

Hello Kevin, yes Guangzhou will be the consulate, my girlfriend lives in northeast China, and she will have to make the flight there.

Hello, I will try to keep this short. I have a friend that wants to go through the K-1 process with his girfriend from China. His concern is - he recieves social security disability income, due to having back surgury 6 years ago, his income is fine, and has all supporting documents, his main concern is come time when the interview is conducted, they will (flat out) deny the case because he is not employed. Is this true ? anybody with past experience with this issue, he would really appreciate your views on this subject. Thank you very much

Hello everybody ! my (soon to be fiance) just called me and said she received her packet #4 and her interview date is Nov. 19th at 7:15 in Guangzhou I really wish I could be there for her, but she also has cousins that live nearby to ease the tension. I hope it will be (PINK) !!!

hello, good luck on her interview, joan and I stayed at the hotel 7 simple but very clean, and a short taxi ride from there, cost 148 rmb.
