I would like to say everytime I come to the China section I never see much action going on here. I am also a memebr of CFL. I am not planning on spending much time there until after my approval at NVC.

I am curious about once done at NVC what is next top happen. Because then it is up to my wife t o complete the remaining things left I know.

I am willing to listen to anyone that wants to start talking about this. We are all a team so let us get this dead horse moving again. I know there is e enough of us from China to start getting some more value here.

Wife got denied for K-3 visa at Consulate in Juarez but was eligible for a wiaver or I-601...I have to prove Evidence of economic hardship if she is not allowed back in the country.. If anyone has done this.... I am looking for ideas or suggestions... Will the fact that she has two kids that are US citizens enough?
