Got my 4th CRIS email today on Approval of EAD. So this clarifies my question that they do have a notification of EAD approval status, after "Card Production Ordered" status. Anyways, I'm happy yeah!!!!!!

I got the cris emails!!!!!!! On November 27th, My AP has been approved and my EAD has the status "Card Production Ordered" !!!!!!! Does that automaically mean that my EAD is approved and how long then before I get the EAD..... Anyone ...?

Have a question ....

1) After you get the message from CRIS that says EAD card production was ordered, how long did it take before you got the card....?

2) Second question was, once you get the EAD, does status change to "EAD approved" or is "Card production ordered" the final message that you're going to get the EAD card most definitely....

I am so happy!!!!! Got the CRIS email today and my EAD card has been ordered and my case status has been updated on the I-765 which has changed to NOvember 26th.

Definitely submit the returns for the past 3 years, and the specific documents that were asked for in the RFE letter. You can also draft a cover letter explaining in detail how the joint sponsors together can illustrate the financial support. Don't panic. An RFE is not the end of the world. I received one myself, and it did not delay my case processing. Hang in there.

Along with all this, you need to send in your sponsors job letters that show how much they make in a year. Usually this is hard to get for people that own their own businesses. Did you sponsors show assets instead of income. I remember seeing a previous case that a vj member showed the spouse to be a real estate agent who owned 40 appartments which he showed as assets to be worth in the millions. But USCIS sent that person a RFE. USCIS see assets not as ready cash. USCIS really needs to see a letter on exactly how much they make in a year and not just an estimation of how much assets are worth. So you also need to show tax returns for the most recent year. Hope this helps in some way.

iS ANYONE ELSE NOT ABLE To OPEN THEIR CASE online ? When I click on my cases, all i get is a check mark on the box...?

I think their system is broke or something.... When I click on my cases online, I get a check mark and It doesn't do anything else. Is anyone else experiencing this...? Still no touches..

I have a question. Did you get ure paperwork done through a lawyer or did you compile it yourself. Just curious as in why certain applications are being touched without any particular order as in visa status or what not. I'm trying to look for some kind of pattern here. It seems like USCIS just picks random applications and works on them.

My next questions goes towards everyone here.

Does having an infopass appointment expedite the EAD process ? Do I have to wait 90 days after biometrics or 90 days after receiving NOA's to get the infopass apptment for EAD card if I haven't received it by that time ?

Got an RFE today for Nick's income tax...I sent all of that in....

What was the RFE about. Was it missing info...?

Since they said household member, they might mean your mother in law. You just need to show that your mother in law is a legally working citizen. Job letters should suffice. You should also send the birth certificate of your mother in law if she is a US citizen or maybe even a copy of her green card, which ever is applicable. You can also provide documents from IRS showing that your wife didn't work and hence hasn't filed for tax returns. IRS.com would be able to provide you with the proper documents. Then they also asked you the tax returns for the most recent year along with W-2's. Re-sent all that. Maybe you misplaced it or they might have lost it. It happens.

You can also send an additional note saying whatever you want to explain along with whatever your sending. Once again this is just my suggestion. I may or may not be right. Good luck and hope this helps.

I am on F-1 student visa here in the US, and I married my wife who is a citizen. Neways from my research on this page and after asking numerous people on this board, I had checked on A. I was filing I-130 and I-485 together. But I believe that if you have allready filed I-130 and you got that approved then you would tick on B. I had also checked on the last option, I believe it was H and I explained my current visa status and situation since they leave you room in that option to explain. Hope this helps.

My I-765 AND I-485 were touched on 16th of this month (October). My I-130 and I-131 were touched on the 8th of this month. Hey envy me thanks for updating the list with my info. Is it possible to have an extra column for touches and rfe's as well where we coulds input the date. Just wondering. Thanks.

it's me again with two more questions:

1. In my i130, question 14, it says "Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on Form I-94 or I-95", what should I write if my I-94 says

"Valid for duration of status"? (I'm an F1)

2. In my G-325A, they ask about my father birth date, but since I don't even know my father, what should I answer there?

I was raised by my aunts and they don't have the slightest idea about that date either.

As for your fathers birthday, you could put N/A or "see additional sheet"

and add an additional sheet with the g-325 form saying that you don't know what ure fathers birthday is and what the reason for that is.
