since i am living on the province it take 7 days i am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy

I think the real good news for most of us is that our papers are with the COs already unlike the past weeks wherein our papers are just gathering dust in the embassy. All I can day is that for all of us to be strong and patient. We've been this far. Let's not lose hope at this stage.

Looking to my fiance via webcam at the time he spoke to Lorraine, I am really hurt if only i could jump from her thru the webcam so I do not need the visa to be with him and be there with him.. I know you understand me.. Everybody of us here is the wish only to be with the one we truly love and be with them FOREVER...

Thank you for giving the caution to slow down and be contented with what we have right now. Know for sure that maximum of 1 month is our waiting time in receiving our visa to those DV already in CO's hand..

halu guys! my fiance called this morning and spoke to Lorraine she said that my documents are already to the CO and it will be just check pa lang.. He asked estimate waiting time when we will receive the visa, she just answer him just wait number of weeks!!!!!!!!!!

i forgot what window number i was interviewed but with the description of the CO it seems same tayo ng what i can only remember her was that she has this big diamond ring i think "engagement ring" also heheheheh

Jose Rizal, it is okay man lang if Grace and Lorraine if they can just give us answer in a nice talking man lang rather than telling us this b*llshit things that next time we should call the Hotline rather than them because they are not entertaining local calls. Since I am calling thru Yahoo VOice so what appears at the time i am calling the US Embassy is +17777777 or unknown or i do not know what it appears there so Grace asked me if where I am calling from and I said I am calling from Cebu then she said i have to call the hotline. What is the difference if we follow up (local) here coz it is our documents they have with them and our fiance (international) they entertain only... WHat brutishness reason is this? They can just at least have the heart and consideration with what we feel in this burden waiting time. There was moment I was thinking to call them and ask them a personal question if they ever feel in falling in love and have they already encountered not being with the one they mostly loved... But it's not worth talking and discussing to these ruthless people... sorry guys to use bad words but i am really depressed, angry, down

Dati naman "nice girls" sina Grace at Lorraine. I remember the first few times I called, Grace and Lorraine were polite and friendly. Though they would remind you that the locals are for US citizens only, they would take the time to look into your case and give the status of your case. If it's true that the backlog of cases number to 6,000 cases, I can just imagine the number of phone calls that they receive especially on Monday mornings. And most of which, I would presume, are about the DV status. I must admit that I cannot blame them for being grumpy and not caring about our situation. If there's any consolation regarding this, the dissemination of DV info to Delbros is a blessing as it's very difficult to get in touch with them for the past two weeks.

Pero sana "nice girls" pa rin sila 3X a day.

reading your reply day make me smile hehhehhe and felt guilty in saying that they are rude. I do understand them man BUT whether I call morning or in the afternoon they are still rude.... but i know they are human and they will realize what they been doing to us (hope so) hehhehe

day, i was happy with the update as of today regarding my case. But I was becoming sad again because an hour ago my fiance talked to Lorraine, she said that the CO is still working on the cases which their DV was forwarded to US Embassy on 1st of October. So does it means that I still need to wait for another 3 weeks so they can issue a visa for me? yours will surely be this week.. I am very sure of that.. Anyways, I am crossing fingers, praying for the early release of our visa and to those who are still waiting

i called US Embassy this morning and spoke to Grace, she was so rude..... I wanted only to ask the status of my visa becoz it has been 7 weeks since my interview nah and she just answered me to call the Customer Service Hotline... and what is the purpose in calling there when those representatives will only give General answers to the questions "blah blah blah" She did not even get my case number might at least check my case since i called there already but she insisted me to call the Hotline... It is really really really really frustrating... it really breaks my heart that she did not just spare me answer if my DV was already there...

My fiance called last week and spoke to Grace, she said that DV was not yet forwarded to them from NSO.. Why NSO taking sooo looooong to think just checking if I was married before or not are they NOT high-tech... This US Embassy and NSO already getting out days supposed to be together with my love. I even not enroll my son for this school year becoz i was expecting that September we will be in US... I already missed the birthday of my love it's really really really really sad

I hope the waiting time for me and those who are still waiting will soon come to an end. I called again awhile ago UPS Delbros asking if they have any update from US Embassy of some visas for delivery, a nice girl just answer me that the Embassy did not forward anything yet from last week, hope this Friday will have a positive answer of any update.

to know kung kelan naforward sa nso case mo, try this:

case status<space>when is my case forwarded to nso?<space>date of ur dv payment

example: MNL2007****** when is my case forwarded to nso? paid my document verification on september 16, 2008.

then send it to: 09176221949

from there, u'll know when ur docs are forwarded to nso... hope this could help.. God bless!

Sis... my fiance can't call and i have no way to call coz no PLDT or smart landline here. I asked my sis to call USEM last friday using the call center and they told her to call after 6 weeks after my interview ( Sept 26) .. that will be 2nd week of november. So i don;t really know my real status sis. I;m sure next week you will have ur visa na.

Day, if you are going to call hotline it is very expensive 56pesos per minuto..... and you will only receive answers from them sooo general... It is better to let your fiance call the embassy rather than you... Actually i am calling US Embassy thru internet via Yahoo Voice Call mas barato pah.. that is why Grace/Lorraine asking me where I am calling if I am abroad coz they cannot see any number in their caller ID siguro heheh.. What made your visa pending bah? Was it becoz of the DV? If it is, have you checked Delbros when it was forwarded to NSO? Sana magdilang anghel ka day that i will have my visa next week. take care!

day, i had my interview on 9th of September, Delbros forwarded my DV to NSO on 10th of September. I recently got an update today after my fiance called the US Embassy that my DV was forwarded from NSO last October 24 BUT my documents was forwarded to CO on October 28 by Grace. It was not checked by Grace if ONLY my fiance was not insisting her to check my documents. Sometimes we need to kick the butt of those people in the Embassy to pay attention on our cases... They just cannot understand us but anyways i wish them luck

had my interview september 4th...jamesnrei had her interview september 12th....im on my 8th week of waiting since i got interviewed and jamesnrei is on her 7th....

we're one of those interviewed early september....so to those waiting, keep the faith....(trying to tell tis to myself, too) ;-)

I called again awhile ago UPS Delbros asking if they have any update from US Embassy of some visas for delivery, a nice girl just answer me that the Embassy did not forward anything yet from last week, hope this Friday will have a positive answer of any update.

When I called Delbros almost two weeks ago, I was informed that they usually receive the list late. According to Delbros they already followed up the list but the IV unit was still finalizing the list and to call around 5:00pm. So far consistent naman ang Delbros pagdating sa followup sa DV. Kung ano sinabi nila Grace yun din ang sinasabi ng Delbros. So hopefully may update na sa DV later this afternoon.

I wanted only to ask the status of my visa becoz it has been 7 weeks since my interview nah and she just answered me to call the Customer Service Hotline... and what is the purpose in calling there when those representatives will only give General answers to the questions "blah blah blah" She did not even get my case number might at least check my case since i called there already but she insisted me to call the Hotline... It is really really really really frustrating... it really breaks my heart that she did not just spare me answer if my DV was already there...

My fiance called last week and spoke to Grace, she said that DV was not yet forwarded to them from NSO.. Why NSO taking sooo looooong to think just checking if I was married before or not are they NOT high-tech... This US Embassy and NSO already getting out days supposed to be together with my love. I even not enroll my son for this school year becoz i was expecting that September we will be in US... I already missed the birthday of my love it's really really really really sad

I hope the waiting time for me and those who are still waiting will soon come to an end. I called again awhile ago UPS Delbros asking if they have any update from US Embassy of some visas for delivery, a nice girl just answer me that the Embassy did not forward anything yet from last week, hope this Friday will have a positive answer of any update.

Every friday lang daw sila maka receive ng update from US Embassy regarding status natin. If our visas will be released, still in CO, etc... hayyyyyy

Every Friday lang ba nag rerelease ng Visa sa Delbros and US embassy sis? bat kaya ganun? dapat araw araw or baka may quota sila every week? parang sabay lang yung date na nadala sa NSO ung DV natin. Kelan na release ng NSO DV mo? sana u will have good news na before the end of the week. Medyo matagal na rin pag aantay mo eh.

that is the purpose why i am calling Grace or Lorraine at least they can just spare me this little information if NSO already forwarded my DV to them. Last week's update which my fiance called my DV was not yet there pah.. then my fiance complain to Grace, he asked if he can talk to somebody else who can take care of our case because it has been loooong already of our waiting.. Grace asked my fiance if I have Cenomar then my fiance told her that there was and it was included during my interview and then Grace hold the line and check on my paper confirmed that my Cenomar was there and then she said that she will forward it to the CO... Was this not bullshit??? We are only waiting for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!! Only my cenomar she needs so she can forward it to the CO.... How stupid this kind of people working there!!!! Let us waiting when they have all our documents which CO will just recheck it.. My fiance right after he finished talking to Grace and end up the call, isn't it sooo bitchy?????

Are they working in our case? Or are they only testing us with our patience.. Do they have any heart to feel our anguish, the suffering not to be with our love? How come some just got their visa rightaway? It is not really fair with what they are doing to us. Sakit kaayo woi... and when we want to ask any update to our case they are just being rude... are we worthy to be like this from them?
