I had my interview today, and everything went well. After the interview, the officer asked, "So are you okay with December 13 for the oath ceremony or is it too soon for you?". I said I am totally fine with December 13. In addition to the Naturalization Interview Results (N-652), he handed me the Notice of Naturalization Oath Ceremony (N-445) and walked me out
.So what does "Your application has been recommended for approval" on N-652 mean? Are they going to review my application one more time? Is my approval still in doubt?

I just got my conditional removed in May 2012.
And, I'm now in process doing my citizenship via Marriage to my husband who is a US Citizen.
Part 8
A.....How many times have you BEEN married ? .....Do I put 1- one (which is my current marriage to husband ??? since I have never been married before?)

Section G
How many times have your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages)?
NOW , my husband have been married before to a US citizen. BUT THE QUESTION IS ....DO I put 2 (past and now marriage to me ) or Do I put 1(divorced) .........

I called USCIS to open a service request since my case is outside the 'normal processing time'. I was sent to the second level since the lady at the first level could not see a service request option for my case.
At the second level, the officer told me that the normal processing times (on the USCIS website) are just approximations and do not necessarily apply to all cases. The officer told me that according to the 'notes' on my case, I should expect a response within the next 26 days. The officer also added that if I don't hear anything back in the next 26 days then and only then my case would be considered outside the 'normal processing time' and would be eligible for a service request.
When I asked the officer why my case is delayed. She said it is not a delay; the processing time depends on how much work an individual case requires.
Is this a standard response from the USCIS?

If IRS feels you have been underpaying your taxes, the IRS may decide to audit you depending on how much money is at stake. While auditing, if they find a direct evidence of tax fraud, they may take some legal action against you but it does happen very often. Usually IRS collects its unpaid taxes and interest and that ends the story.
If so far, IRS has not taken a legal action against you, your 'tax situation' should not show up in FBI background check. My guess is you are getting RFE for something else.

I think they are considering this a tax fraud case,or something similar, but not totally sure. because apparently we didn't pay some service form the department of social service and are collection form us. we probably forgot to report something, but I will have to look into that later. the question is, do they issue RFE for tax fraud when the FBI sends the USCIS the rap sheet. having said that, I not sure my case here is consider tax fraud. But i ask this just to be sure in worse case scenario, I'll have to look more into that, but the one that's collecting form as is the fraud bureau for THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, that's why i ask. but I think that's just a big name for saying that they are collecting form us but just to be sure i ask.

My question is how my bank/credit card statements should I send with I-751? I am thinking of sending 5 or 6 statements spread across the last two-and-half years.
Is it necessary to send "all" statements from the last couple of years?

It is about time for us to submit the I-751 form to USCIS. My wife (citizen) and I (conditional permanent resident) have been married for over three years and despite our best efforts we don't have kids. My wife is currently going through infertility treatment including IVF.
Should I include medical/insurance records pertaining to her infertility and IVF treatment in the I-751 submission?
On one hand, I think it is too personal for USCIS to know this type of stuff but on the other hand they already know everything
I would appreciate your responses.
