we just called Grace, she said that my visa wa printed, Nov. 12, and be released to to delbros in Monday, and be deliver on Wednesday, next week, happy yo hear this news, but then again, im not 100% to trust untill i have my visa on hand,

I don't think Grace would outright lie to you. If you were in Grace's place, would you outright lie to applicants in spite of all the pressure? I suggest you be happy that you have good news today and and celebrate by letting all your emotions out when your visa is at hand. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Give Delbros some leeway in the actual delivery of your visa so you can manage your expectations. Alam mo naman, medyo palpakis ang Delbros ngayon.

yeah you're right, all we have to do is just WAIT. he he. My visa is F1. My mother is our petitioner who is a US citizen, it's a long process, she petitioned us 1993. Where do you live, are you within metro manila? if so, why dont you bother to go to USEM and follow up your visa?

hello, im thinkin if they allow us K1 to go there personally to make fallow up, what do you think? what the reason you tell the guard in order they will let you in? im thinkin to visit embassy tommorrow, if possible we can do like what you did,

just show your appointment letter with the pink slip to the guard. They only accept follow-ups from 1-2 pm

No! My mom is our petitioner, she's a US citizen, our category is F1-unmarried sons/daughter... My sis paid her DV two weeks before her interview, but mine i paid after my interview becoz i dont have any idea about this DV thing so maybe the reason of all the delays is this DV. Haaay!

They are just a real money making business. How many people ung naloloko nila everyday who wants to know status of their application? nakakaloka talaga.

hi, i called call center twice after knowing and confirmed that my dv arrived in embassy, thats when they start not giving us Filipinas infos calling the 301 number, calling call center is just waste of time, and waste of money, my twice attemp goes to nothing, b4 they give me info about my case, they ask me a lot of question, like , name, address, when we filed, when my interview, etc etc etc, it took a lot of time before they can give me useless info, after answering all those question, the only answer i get from them is your case is still pending, the processing time will took, 2 to 3 months, try to call us again for any updates, and again they will tell you, thank you for calling this ******** number, etc etc,

my second attemp was after 2 weeks since my dv arrive in embassy, and still same message i get from them,

i was so upset, i ask the lady, if my dv arrive, and she said, Not yet, so i tell her why is your system is not update? I told her my Fiancee called a week ago, and Grace confirmed it was already there, and all she said is again is Thank you for calling etc etc, and hang the phone,

after that call i never try to call that number again,

Yes its very sad how it works, i feel sorry for myself after trying to get info, i feel like im crying, not for the money or time i wasted but the way they treat us,

Hi, I've been reading posts here for quite sometime and i just want to share my case with everybody. I had my interview September 22, 2008. I paid Data Verification August 20, 2008, Documents forwarded to NSO for DV Sept. 1, 2008, documents returned to USEM Oct. 10, 2008.

My husband calls USEM everyweek for updates, today after numerous attempts he was able to talk with Lorraine. Lorraine informed my husband that they are so backed up the Consul Officers are reviewing visa application with Referral Dates Oct. 13, 14, 15 and my referral date is Oct. 27. 2008.. The referal date is when the file is referred to the desk of the officer for approval. She told hubby to call back next Thursday or Friday for more updates.

Anyone who has the same timeline as mine?

My interview will be on Nov17 at the US embassy Manila, and I have read it in one of our member's timeline that she got a white slip because her fiancee's letter of intent was not notarized. Can anyone pls enlighten me up on this?

during my interview, my Co ddnt ask me the letter of intent to marry, besides i dont have it with me,

may i say its case to case basis, but to be sure just bring notarized one, if you want to make sure. Goodluck!!!

My fiance called the embassy today... She spoke to Lorraine coz Grace is not there.

once u r approved visa will be printed soon, but we don't know if there is any technical problem in the embassy. or it depends in case to case basis. the others got their visa after 3 days of thier approval.

how did u know that it was already reviewed?

usually, they don't give any info f u r approved esp. f u talk to the representatives. they can tell u f u r aprroved f they already print the visa. i experienced delayed during my visa process. it took 2 months and 17 days after my interview before i received my visa. it was painful but that is the reality, i keep on waiting. we do follow-up calls, until they told us i am approved because my visa was printed but before that, they keep on telling us that they are not authorized to inform that i am aprroved until my visa was printed. after the confirmation, i received my visa less than a week.

hi we called last week, and Grace said my Co done reviewing and just got approved!!!, she then ask us to call the fallowing day to if visa is released, we call the next day and again Grace told us its not released yet, and again ask us to call this week, we ddnt call today, were thinking give them at least a day, so maybe tommorrow again well give a try,

and beside that, my Fiancee got an e mail from embassy stating that my file is done for reviewing and its already approved, im not sure if my visa is printed already, coz everytime we talk to Grace she ask us to call everyday for visa released.

It's my turn guys. I have our visa!!! yipee! just now. There was no Magic text from delbros, no update on delbros online tracking system, we did not call embassy last week for update we just patiently waited, waited and waited. Finally it's here, 8 weeks after interview, 5 weeks after DV done. I have seen the end of my long wait.

I was not expecting it at all. I was having lunch when our doorbell rang and my yaya said someone is looking for me. A guy in motorcycle asked me if I'm so and so, i said yes, then he said Delbros ma'm with a sly grin. It took me like 5 seconds to let it sink in my head and realize it's Delbros, it's our visa! coz as I said I did not expect it. I asked "Manong how come I did not receive any text? He said ok ma'm you will receive it later and I'll come back again". Smart guy eh?! lol...Of course I immediately let him inside my house and even gave him a glass of juice and kept thanking him. He said their company has been moving lately, maybe that's the reason why they are not updating their clients, I didn't ask any other details all I want is my visa. lol. So delbros will just be surprising us all, knocking on our door to bring good news to us. yahoo it's my turn to dance

Yehey! It will be raining visa this week again. I will still be here guys updating the list. I have to accomplish something first before I leave Philippines. So I am still looking forward to hear more good news from everyone. Lohner I can still wait for you so we can have the stamp together, I won't be leaving not until Dec.
