Our paper was transfered to CSC, we were puzzled too! Then I got an RFE but we just followed what they wanted for that RFE and after 2 weeks of submission of the RFE requirements I was approved, meaing my AOS was approved after 8mos of application only!!! Without interview anymore!!! WE are one of the lucky ones I guess!!!

My papers was also transferred to Californian Center, and I also got an RFE. Of course I and my husband was down and dissaponted . But we just pray and had faith as well as comply with the RFE requirements. After submitting our RFE papers to them we got approved and we didn't have an interview.

Yup everybody's right here. I also applied for an EAD but they kept on saying it's approved already but they never issued me an appointment for my biometrics. As of this date, I'm done with my AOS interview and god appoved but they haven't issued me an EAD. My greencard is already on its way with or without an EAD i'm all set. So don't you worry, once you get approved, you don't need the EAD.

P.S. You can't reimburse the fee for the EAD. too bad but that's reality.he.he.he.
