  1. My sweet little Claudeth is a wonderful, giving woman but is also the most irresponsible person I have ever met in my life. I never seen anyone melt a bar of soap before but she does it. She can plug up the shower drain quickly and just loves to take 30 or 45 minute showers twice a day. She leaves the lights on constantly and the refrigator open all the time. She will fill her plate full of food and eat about 1/4 of it and the rest goes in the trash.

I am totally at my wits end. I have been dealing with this for 4 1/2 years but have made no progress in teaching her conservation. I love her very much and would never dream of getting rid of her but have been thinking of sending her to the Philippines for a visit.

Has anyone else had this problem? I have heard comments off and on but nothing consistant with what my little consumer does.

aww thats sad :( ..well what can i say...i suggest u talk it over 2, 3 times wouldnt hurt :bonk: ..is she willing to cmpromise? if u feel comfortable of sending her back here inth phil for a vacation, maybe that'd be a wise decision so that she would realize the difference of having u around and not...maybe when she gets back to u she would somehow realize that she's wrong..good luck to both of u...God bless

  2. hi vjers,

ACCORDING TO SOME, MY PREVIOUS RECORDS OF BEING IN THE UNITED STATES B4 WOULD SOMEHOW HELP.I HAD MY NEW PASSPORT STAMPED TO WHEN ME AND ROB WENT TO HK.SO WE THINK BEING OUT OF THE COUNTRY TWICE IS EVEN BETTER,ILL JUST HAVE TO SHOW SOME PROOFS WHEN MY INTERVIEW COMES.WE NEED SOME ADVICE TY! :help:

  3. my cousin also had her BC registered late but did not experienced any problems. as long as the birthdates you used in all your documents are same with the date in the NSO BC

hello thanks for the reply !i really hope there'd be no probs..oh well im starting to gather all the proofs i have..salamat and mabuhay!God bless!

  4. I TRIED GETTING AN NSO BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND FOUND OUT THAT I WASNT REGISTERED SO , I FILLED MY BC JUST THIS YEAR...WILL IT(LATE REGISTRY) CAUSE ME PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE WHEN WE FILE FOR A K-1?:help:

Late BC won't cause any problems with the initial petition but being late registered can cause problem at your embassy interview. Some people get put on AR because of it. You should start getting all the evidence you can proving you are who your BC says you are. Start with baptismal records, school, work, SSS, postal ID Etc.

  6. According to the lawyer I knew, it depends where to file the case. Some cities/municipalities grant annulment faster than others like in Batangas (according to the lawyer) but of course, you should be living in Batangas for you to be able to file the case there OR you can use your relative's (if you have one) address in Batangas.

As expected, annulment case is so expensive. You need at least Php 100,000 (as a start) for you to get a lawyer, psychiatrist and psychologist. Then more money for lawyer's per appearance fee and other expenses.

The average time I know for annulment case is 1 year. But there are cases that you can get it for 6-8 months!

well, this post is for my cousin's concern who's planning to annul her husband who's been very irresponsible to them. so, anybody here who filed an annulment case? how did you do it? how's the process? how much did it cost and how long did it take?

if you guys don't feel like discussing it much in this forum, please send me a personal message.

    thanks a lot!

    best regards to all,

    beng

hello beng..im going thru my annulment right now and it has been months already going 4 this nov...i paid 185php for everything and according to my atty it would only take 7 months if my x wouldnt oppose pls add me up so we could share ideas..god bless!

  8. We filed in 2005 and it took 18 months to complete. The attorney's fees and court filings were P150,000 alone. Then there were doctor's fees for pysch reports and DSDW fees because of her daughter's custody decision. That doesn't count the travel expenses from her home to CDO where she filed the papers and for the hearings. I would guess that all in all it cost about P250,000 for everything.

I guess at today's peso rate, $3000 is only P120,000 so that is a fair estimate in my opinion. It's not cheap by any means, but I don't regret a single peso spent. There are ways to get it faster and cheaper I am sure, but be careful. Things that are not done legally can come back to haunt you. Remember that immigration fraud detected suffers a LIFETIME ban.
