Come on everybody lets let him/her know how bad our education system is

That is not what i was hoping to know looking_up- if you got nothing to response in this post-that's fine.I certainly dont need to hear anything crappy about the Philippines-not worth of my time.

By our I mean the USA. There is alot here on the left that are more than willing to point out the flaws of the USA, thats what I was referncing too. As far as our educations system here in the USA, it sucks, compared to the Philippines uh I dont know, my wife is one smart woman thanks to her upbringing and the education system.

I just needed an exact or approximate answere to my question for those who know.Thanks anyway.

your Philippine diploma is = to an American diploma.
i don't think looking was taking a swipe at the PI. i think it was more at the US education system...which isn't all that good.

Well i think it'ss not how bad the system is-it's always up to the person and im so aware of that.Anyway,thanks for the straight answer to the post

I graduated high school in the Philippines in 1995 and planning to take a vocational course here in Florida.My GA in high school is not that great(81.025)but am not

a dumb either..LOL....What's the worth of Philippines high school diploma = American high school diploma or GED?????

I AM NOT ABLE TO APPLY MY SSN YET SO I GOT MY SELF AN ITIN SO MY HUSBAND CAN CLAIM ME ON HIS TAX RETURN WHICH WORKS FINE-APPARENTLY MY 2 CHILDREN

CANNOT APPLY FOR ITIN COZ OF THEIR LENGHT OF STAY AND THEIR NOT MY HUSBANDS BIOLOGICAL KIDS BUT DEFINITELY CAN CLAIM THEM FOR NEXT YEAR AND SO ON.

ANYWAY SINCE THEIR MINORS (10 & 12) AND THERE'S NO WAY THEY WILL BE WORKING OR LOOKING FOR A JOB HOW CAN WE GET THEM SSN?DO THEY NEED THE EAD

ALSO?WE WILL SUBMMIT OUR AOS VERY SOON AND THIS EAD AND HOW TO GET MY KIDS THE SSN IS AN ISSUE.HOPE SOMEONE COULD ANSWERE THIS FOR ME.

I'm back but with a different name..Anyway,were getting ready to send out our AOS application-the question is-i recently renewed my kids passport(we have it now)do we
need to send a copy of the new passport with the old passport that contains the visa and entry stamp?Thanks

copies from the passport that possesses the visa is needed... copies of the new passport is not....

Now i have to figure out which one is which..hehehe..Anyway,thanks a lot guys!

It did have some good entertainment value, but on that point, I am EXTREMELY bored and nothing is on the tv.

Ang hirap sa inyo,masyado kayong mga judgemental...as in perfect mga pagkatao nyo...she's probably doing a terrible choice sa life nya but lets be considerate-in the first place it's her life and not ours-Why can't we be all gratefull na we're here in America having the good time our life with our loveones-but instead we focus on this kind of immaturity.We all made bad choices and there was a time that we asked someone to help us and give us advice.Ang gagaling ng mga pinagsasabi nyo regarding sa post ng pinay na'to...so,now you're thinking you're cool and impressive????I dont think so!But yeah,she didn't respond to any of this mga ' PERFECT AT MAGAGALING'..which is a good thing for her not to REPLY,in the first place...I wasn't gonna get my self into this post but as i go over readin the replies-it was dissapointing If you have nothing to say or at least some good and polite advice..just SHUT UP!

Hi.....i need your advice friends in here.... or im about curious about the K-1 visa
ok heres the situation, i have a bf from USA....he been filed as a being petitioner since august 2008 till now yet havent heard from approval from his side and im waiting too.... and now i found a new man which they both same country but different state .....then who is also willing to petition as same petition with my old bf.... but the question that really bothered me is that, is it okay two petitioner do petition on me? though both sides on them havent know the real situation and i dont have plan to tell to them coz its very complicated and i dont want to hurt one of them.....does the NVC or USAID or USCIS, wont trace up for my side? that i have a two petitioner?

some friends told me it wont trace up my side coz it just trace up for there own each profile of the men, is it true?

please help me .........or do send me a private message

Hi guys I need help again my status is k3 and k4...I just want to know about my kid, I’m not married before but my kid family name is her dad … do I need to have father consent?

As long as he didn't sign anything on the kids birth certificate,no consent or anything..I'm also a K3 and K4.I have my other kid named after his biological father,but other kid is using mine although both kids has the same father.

Hello guys thanks for the replied I really appreciate for that ….u know her dad he signed at the back of her birth certificate ( acknowledgement) .when she was born my child using my name but when the law was change that illegitimate child can use the family name of her dad ..So We filed a first endorsement to transferred to her dad’s name so that’s why she using her dad name...but u know even we broke up her dad he didn’t abandon her his still supporting our kid. My question …… do u think I will ask for father consent? But he has passport now...Our interview is very soon do u think the consul will ask about that?

Please help me what’s the best thing to do

I think it's better if u go ahead and get your child's father's consent,have him sign it infront of a notary public...

My husband and i are wondering if he could include me and my 2 children as his dependents,we've been here in the US for 4 months as K3 &K4..I still dont have SSN
for we haven't apply our AOS yet,Is there any option.And how can my children obtain thier SSN?husband will get his tax return ready soon...If someone out there has

If you were married in 2008, then you and your husband can file a joint return. There are a few things you have to do extra, and there are a few threads around here on VJ telling you how to do it. Mainly, you need to make a statement asking to be treatied as a resident for tax purposes for the entire year of 2008, and declare the worldwide income in 2008, for both spouses. You can probably exclude what you earned in the Philippines, there is a form for that. The instructions should be included in the 1040 family packet you received from the IRS in the mail.

I know someone will flush out the rest of the details here on VJ, I am sure. Try the Wiki on the top of the page.

P.S. You should be able to visit your local SSA office to get your SSN or ITIN your husband needs to file the tax return.

my hubby filed in I-130 last october.but we got confused because i read on some websites that IR-1 is applicable only to those couples who've been married for atleast 2 years.n that my hubby needs to file another packet of papers before that gets approved,called I-129f.but he said that's a fiance visa paper.
we've been married for 7 months now n i have a kid from a past relationship n i would be happy if im gonna be able to take her with me to the states....

pls help! tnx in avance!
