  1. I think it's a reputation thing. He thinks I am changing. He thinks that I am different. I'm just worried that I'm not religious enough for him. He deserves the best and if that is what he wants, I am not the girl for him. I just want him to be happy and I don't know if he would be happy with my level of religiousness.

you understand the whole thing wrong

in muslim religion if you not muslim only beacause u belive in it then you are not muslim

you have to be muslim becaus u want to be not because yr husband want u to be

be yrself and talk with him more and more and more just make him feel it's not challenge and good luck

  2. Hi,

I recently found out that my "fiancee" is a scam artist who was not only engaged to me but other foreign men at the same time. I had been sending her money on a monthly basis since she accepted my marriage proposal, but have been growing increasingly suspicious as to why she kept delaying sending me the paperwork to begin the K-1 visa. After flying all the way down to Colombia to visit her I learn that she has been dating other men, is living with another American man who she has been engaged to almost since my last visit, was engaged to yet another American man at the time I met/began dating her thru a marriage agency, and had been engaged 4 times to foreign men prior to me, and regularly requests money from foreign men.

Lucky for me I found out before applying for a K-1 visa. My question is, should I report her to INS incase she ever applies for a K-1 visa in the future and would it do any good if I did? I don't want her to do to anyone else what she has done to me. And would any action I take negatively affect me if I should apply for a k-1 visa in the future? Would it be best to just right it off as a learning experience and move on?

    yes u should

and u should also report her in american embassy at colombia

this kind of women need to be bunished and learn the leasson very well

or other american man will be in yr place and never find out she cheat him

  3. After the long wait and with the sputum tests, everything went well with the interview.we had a very nice lady pre screener and a lady consul from room 29.

Here are the questions that were asked both by the pre screener and the consul:

    Who's my petitioner

When and how did we meet

    What's his job

When and how many times did he visit me

    If he was previously married

How many kids does he have

Then the pre screener just got mine and my son's BC,my MC with annotation, his 2007 ITR and I134.The consul asked my son what name does he call my petitioner,my son answered that he calls him daddy joe,she smiled and told my son that was so nice. After the consul looked on our pictures, she said everything's fine and we're already approved.i just need to get a new nbi clearance because i had the error on my name corrected, she said it has to have the word "AKA" with my uncorrected name on it.so i'll just go to nbi tomorrow and will just submit it on monday,i'll just pay Delbros on monday too :)

my friend you are okk and it should not be problem with your visa!

he also said i got a disease called sarcoidosis. in the lungs

he said it is not a contegious disease.and it is an autoimmune disorder.and quite common.

he said to collect the report from the reports department in the evening and take it to the embassy.

    What Is Sarcoidosis?

Sarcoidosis (sar"koi-do'sis) involves inflammation that produces tiny lumps of cells in various organs in your body. The lumps are called granulomas (gran"u-lo'mahs) because they look like grains of sugar or sand. They are very small and can be seen only with a microscope.

These tiny granulomas can grow and clump together, making many large and small groups of lumps. If many granulomas form in an organ, they can affect how the organ works. This can cause symptoms of sarcoidosis.

Sarcoidosis can occur in almost any part of your body, although it usually affects some organs more than others. It usually starts in one of two places:

    Lungs

Lymph nodes, especially the lymph nodes in your chest cavity.

    Sarcoidosis also often affects your:

    Skin

    Eyes

    Liver.

    Less often, sarcoidosis affects your:

    Spleen

    Brain

    Nerves

    Heart

    Tear glands

    Salivary glands

    Bones and joints.

Rarely, sarcoidosis affects other organs, including your:

    Thyroid gland

    Breasts

    Kidneys

    Reproductive organs.

Sarcoidosis almost always occurs in more than one organ at a time.

Sarcoidosis has an active and a nonactive phase:

In the active phase, the granulomas form and grow. In this phase, symptoms can develop, and scar tissue can form in the organs where the granulomas occur.

In the nonactive phase, the inflammation goes down, and the granulomas stay the same size or shrink. But the scars may remain and cause symptoms.

The course of the disease varies greatly among people.

In many people, sarcoidosis is mild. The inflammation that causes the granulomas may get better on its own. The granulomas may stop growing or shrink. Symptoms may go away within a few years.

In some people, the inflammation remains but doesn't get worse. You may also have symptoms or flare-ups and need treatment every now and then.

In other people, sarcoidosis slowly gets worse over the years and can cause permanent organ damage. Although treatment can help, sarcoidosis may leave scar tissue in the lungs, skin, eyes, or other organs. The scar tissue can affect how the organs work. Treatment usually does not affect scar tissue.

Changes in sarcoidosis usually occur slowly (e.g., over months). Sarcoidosis does not usually cause sudden illness. However, some symptoms may occur suddenly. They include:

    Disturbed heart rhythms

    Arthritis in the ankles

    Eye symptoms.

In some serious cases in which vital organs are affected, sarcoidosis can result in death.

Sarcoidosis is not a form of cancer.

There is no known way to prevent sarcoidosis.

Sarcoidosis was once thought to be an uncommon condition. It's now known to affect tens of thousands of people throughout the United States. Because many people who have sarcoidosis have no symptoms, it's hard to know how many people have the condition.

Sarcoidosis was identified in the late 1860s. Since then, scientists have developed better tests to diagnose it and made advances in treating it.

  6. Spurs and I have also been considering me just moving to England if this visa stuff takes too long--I don't want us to get trapped waiting if we slipped through the cracks. Maybe it's just because I hate feeling like someone else has control over my life--this at least gives us some input to the decision!!!

    we got our NOA1 23 june 2008

we should get our NOA2 by now?

    i'm so confused!!!!!!!?

  7. Wow!

This is really un-necessary for such a long wait from Cairo. Oh, my congressman will be getting a call and letter from me. You have some people who came months after us, yet their husbands are here now. I understand Qadr of Allah(swt) though. Everything is for a reason.

I read on here a long time ago about the way the Embassies work once the Congressman/Senators are involved. Can someone please give me the link here. I can't seem to find it anywhere. It was from a former worker, who said something about what cases get worked on first.

I'm praying for everyone. Certain names Usama, ibn Laden(yes from Egypt) gets to go thru all this bull for no reason at all. We are all now, guilty by names now.

Mohammed, Usama's, Laden aint going anywhere so I guess we wait. I'm just so upset right now.

Please forgive me I seem to be ranting on and on now. It's so hard to see others who filed in Nov07 and their husbands are here. I'm happy for the couple, upset with the red tapes involved. Who gets to wait 2 years vs 2 months. It's sheer madness.

    NB

    what do you mean?

did u wait 2 years for k1 visa?

    why?

  8. Their processing times mean that it could take 6 months for them to approve your petition. If you wait longer than 6 months, then you can contact them to get further information.

They used to put a date on there, and that meant that they were processing applications from that date onwards, so if your date was within that time frame you just have to wait basically.

    we appled 23, june,08

and now its said 6 months what the hell that mean

it looks like thier game is to make us confused

  9. we sent our I_129 and recived at 23.june.2008

    what we should expect?

if any body have information about what we can do now while waiting???

    Anything..........

    thank u

One good thing to do while you are waiting is to fill in your timeline and read the guides this will help you understand the process

    thanks alot for your reply

    what is NAO1 and NAO2?

    AOS and EAD?

what i expect in the interview

we have emails, gifts, photos, ticket to cinema and meusem together anything els?

and should my fiancee come to the interview with me or she not allowed?

    Marchaba,

becarefull with US embasy in Egypt. they are tough took my mom's friend to birng her husband 3 years after alot fo fighting with them

basicly most people get noa2 in 4-6 week period if there is no problem some might reach 9 months then it's usually around 2 month at the embasy.

does yr mom's friend was also on k1 visa?

all my paper r right and nothing wrong

u think it will be the same so it will took me forever?!!

  11. Hmmmm... I keep on checking the USCIS website for the processing time for K1 visa because our process is stuck between USCIS and NVC. We haven't heard anything from NVC yet since we got approved last July 7, 2008. Anyway, Last week the processing time is Jan 17,2008 for k1 and now it jumped back to Jan 02, 2008.

Can somebody tell me what's going on? why are they processing it backwards? What happened to the Jan 17, 2008 paperworks? They received ours on Jan 24, 2008. It's frustrating it will be almost 2 months now and we haven't gotten anything from NVC when USCIS claimed that NVC should received it within 2-4 weeks only.

yes i had cheacked it today

what the hell is that it's like a kid miss around with offciaal government wesite!!!!
