hi were on the same boat too, i had my interview September 08, and still waiting for document verification, have you try to call NSO maybe they already forwarded the papers to embassy? ill try to call NSO again this Friday, who knows, its been 4th week this week since i paid delbros, so im hoping theyll forward my papers to embassy this Friday, and to all in waiting too, Goodluck!!! hope well get our visa the sooner the better!!!

hi!our DV was forwarded last sept 5 pa sa USEM then sept 8 nasa consul na daw sabi ng nakausap ng husband ko nung tumawag sya..kaya diko ng alam bkit ang tagal wala na nmn daw problema..hayyyyyy kainis na nga mag antay talga eh nakaka loka na..cge wait wait na lng tau..Godluck din sayo

im sure you will have it next week, try to fallow up on delbros too, sometimes di sila updated sa timelines nila, but try to make fallow up, or else let your hubby call again this week, who knows your visa is out or printing already.

hopefully ma recieve you na this week or early next week, para naman sa amin naman tatapusin nila, hehehehe.

They should have not gave you pink slip alone...you know what i mean? they should have gave you pink and white, atleast alam mo na may hinihintay ka pa na verification. but, what is unfair is that, they gave you a PINK SLIP only & made you wait for so long...you know what sis, napa praning na rin ako minsan kakabasa nang mga posts dito tungkol sa mga medical & interview experiences...sana naman sa interview namin nang anak ko hwag naman ganito...

alam uu nga eh sa totoo lang asng asa pa nmn ako na in a week lang andito na visa nmn ng baby ko pero until now wala pa rin

katatawag lng ng asawa ko knina nakausap nya si grace sabi andun pa rin daw sa consul yung docu nmen natapat daw kasi sa mga panahon sila talaga ng papalit ng consul pero nakabalik na nmn daw yung kapalit medyo mabilis nmn daw kaya antay antay lng daw so hopefully again this week dumating...

Just be patient and pray hard. It takes me 6 weeks before i get my visa. My then fiance now my hubby call Lorraine and Sophia every other day. It is good if your husband will call the embassy as the people there attend calls from abroad than from the Philippines, but always try to call them too and ask for the status of your papers for sometimes they forget to review it because of bulk of papers that is on the CO's desk. Calling them would let them know that you are eager and to know the status of your papers... I'll pray for you. While you are in the Philippines enjoy every bit of you time with your family because it will be different when you are already here. You will really miss them.

I would call the embassy and ask why I can give you the number to talk to the right lady to find out if you don't have it.

My wife got a white slip becuse they wanted an additional document she turned it in 2 days later and it only took about 2 weeks after that.

who's the right lady?loraine or grace?my husband called USEM last friday they told us that it is still in review by the CO..

its been 1month now since we interviewed got pink slip only..done with DV already last sept 5..Our Docu was with CO's desk last sept 8..Dont know how long it takes,

I called the USEM Monday(Sep 8) talked to Lorrain ask about the status of my fiancee's DV. It was received last Fridat(Sep 5) and they could be a delay to review the DOCS due to some consular are back in the US and waiting for replacements.

When called USEM did they mentioned the same excuse?

hi!my husband called USEM today and its true they told my husband that some of the consular was back to US,same as you my Dv was recieved by USEM last friday(sept5) but they told my husband that my Docu was with the CO that day also( friday) they told my husband that dont bother bout lack of CO because our docu was with CO last friday pa..Hindi daw tau maapektuhan nun maybe yung mga kaka released lang from NSO..tinanong mo ba kung nasa CO na yung docu mo?

So hopefully yung sau nasa CO na rin yun so hoping our visa released this week..God is Good!

parang i can't believe nmn na pag nasa CO na yung docu aabutin pa ng 2-3weeks,hindi nmn cguro sila papayag

Hi guys!for me its a good news. .my husband called USEM today and asked what the status of our documents and they told my husband that our document was with the CO already last friday..Do you have any idea guys how long it will take to CO's desk before they release our visa?tinanong din ng husband ko kung totoo na walang masyadong CO ngyon kasi nga bumalik sila ng US and they waiting for the replacement,totoo nga daw pero hindi na raw maapektuhan yung samen kasi nasa CO na yung case nmen maybe daw yung mga ka rerelease lang from NSO..

I submitted my pack 3 { ds-230 with other documents} a month ago and i'm thinking of there's anyone in this category who has received his appointment package or who has gotton his visa.Thanks.

eLow!im also F2A category,my husband file us sept 18,2003 and it takes 5yrs before our case is current..my husband file us when he was permanent resident but now his citizen..

we just finish our interview last aug12,unfortunately still no visa until now becoz of the DV thing..kung napasama mo na yung DS230 mo that's the last step all you have to wait now is our appointment letter for interview and medical..

kasi ako nun napasa ko yung DS230 part1&2 mga november na 2007,then lumabas yung appointment letter nmen to embassy etong june 26 lang tapos ng pa early medical kami ng july 22..bale 8mons din tinagal bago dumating yung interview letter kasi nga hindi sya citizen kaya medyo matagal..SO hope it helps..

basta pag my tanong ka im willing to help ha ..kasi napag daanan ko na yan Anong priority date mo?kelan mo napasa yung DS230 part 1& 2 mo?

Guys plz guide me that my wife is filling for me I 864 and my mother in law is filling I 864A so does my mother in law need to send her birth certificate to prove her relation with petitioner(Daughter)?

Or is there any other document which we can use to prove her relation to her daughter?

Actually the prob is that my mother in law who has filled the I 864A,ordered her birth certificate and it is taking sooooooo long.

i wanna know that can she send any other document like her passport or domicile or somehitng else.

Coz BC is taking almost 1 month now and its very disappointing for me who is waiting sooooooo long for that document .

hijust want to share this with you hope it will help..my husband is my petitioner and he file for I864 its affidavit of suppot,and his brother in law also file for us for I864a w/c is for co sponsor,right?your asking if your mother in law need to have her birth certificate?As per my experience during my interview they did not ask for my brother in law's birth cert although i bring it coz if they ask,instead they ask for his recent ITR(2007)that's it and no more document for his identity..

I called the USEM today I spoke to Lorain she told me they recieved my fiancee's DV last Friday (Sep 5). Shel told me team of CO consist of 2 CO and some of them went back to US and waiting for replacement. She advice they would be some delay due to short of CO.
