hi! my daugthers I-130 was approve last feb 20,2009 and yesterday march 15,2009 we just receive the DS3032 and the AOS Fee Bill..so i guess it takes 1 month before they sent the nxt step..

Hi guys!we just receive yesterday march 15,2009 the DS3032 and the AOS Fee Bill of my baby..We are so happy because we knew its getting closer my daugther is coming soon ..We just mail the DS3032 and also paid the AOS today march 16,2009.We are waiting for the receipt so we can go to the affidavit of support coz we need to print the cover letter once they receive the payment...

Hi everyone..im back after a few months,I just want to tell everybody that my baby's petetion was approve last feb 18,we applied it last nov 16,2008 and now its approve..My husband is a US citizen..

Now my question is how many months will are we goin to wait before they send us her case number?

Is my baby's petetion will take year?actually my daugther is only 4yrs old..

I miss my daugther all i know it will take 6mos in the process because my husband is a US citizen so im counting it

and hoping this july this year she'll be here with us..

Somebody help me to ease my worry..

but sad because i left my daughter in philippines because of certain problem in our documents..but we filed already her I130..

how long is the process of that?my daughter is 4yrs old and her dad is US citizen..

However I want to put comment on your wordings in the subject topic. You may just simply say it in tagalog and say Salamat, rather than trying to mixed english and tagalog and spell tenks rather than put thank GOD.

I believe no matter our grammar is incorrect or the spelling, what matter is we used the correct word.. I hope you dont mind.. But we are not the only one in the Forum, we have other nationality here as well that read post in VJ..

No. Your daughter cannot receive a visitor's visa. It is fraud. There is an intent to immigrate to the US. You do not want to start your life in the US by lying at a Point of Entry.

Do it right.

Have your USC husband file for you daughter in the Immediate Relative category and wait.

Be patience and wait the additional year. Don't risk it by committing fraud.

Thank you for the concerns..we already hire an immigration law counsel,she will be the one whos goin to take care of my daughters cas..Hopefully God is Good by the end of this year we can fly together..

this is our story,my husband file us for F2A category included my daugther when he filled us he is not a USC that time after five years he became a USC he didnt upgrade our petetion because all he knew it doesnt affect it,

by the time come we had our interview ask to pay for delivery consul didnt told us that there is a problem,

when my husband called the USEM because its almost a month still no visa recieve they told us that im the only approve for the visa that he have to apply our daugther separately because he is a USC..

its verry hard for us to leave our daugther that's way were thingking to apply her a US visitor visa so she can fly with me to US and when we are in US we are goin to apply her there for I130..

That's why im asking how long the process of a visitors visa because my visa duration is only 4mos..

and if its posible to grant her a visitor visa?

yun nga pinag tataka ko sis eh,hindi kmi iniform nung interview nmen bkit ngayon lang nila sinabi nung tumawag yung hubby ko sa embassy..lam mo i cried a lot sis hindi ko kaya iwan ang baby ko since birth ako ng alaga tapos iiwan ko hindi ko kaya..

this is my story,when my husband file me for i130 before he is a permanent resident,now when i gave birth he included the name of our daugther to the petetion for F2a category..Now after 5yrs my husband filed US citizenship and got approve,he didint change his status also,he didnt upgrade us because our case is finaly final and were going to have our interview,Now that it comes iam only the one that they gave a visa they told us that we need to file again our daugther because my husband is a US citizen..

Now this is my question is it posible if we get our daugther a visitor visa then if she got approve and be with us in US

we are going to file her in US and goin to wait for her papers..is this posible?coz its so hard for me that im leaving my baby here and i go to my husband..if she got approve for the visitors visa then we can flight together..please help us!

I was informed that I have to bring those appoitment interview letter to have medical check test and vaccination.

Is it true? or only in Hungary?

yap it is true you need your appointment letter..but if you want to have your early medical you can do it..

just print your appointment schedule in the USE website just type your case number,if you appointment schedule was already post there then you can do your early medical if you want..just present it to the guard in st lukes and bring 2 copy of visa picture..

I understand that you are frustrated. But you shouldnt say you're hopeless and that you cant wait anymore. You have come this far, its just a couple of steps to be with your husband. Be strong. God never fail any prayers, it may not granted this soon, but it is because he want you to have it in the right time that he designed for you. God will get sad if you keep on praying and asking but then you don't believe on his powers. He is very powerful and you know that. So have more faith. You will get your VISA in due time. We are praying for you as well. Good Luck and Believe that nothing is impossible with GOD.
