I did go to an agency in miami, I am pretty sure if your trip is the next day they may be able to issue it fir same day..You may need to ask.

Hi, I don't know about LA, but here in miami, it took me three days to receive the passport with no problems

Jomo's girl- yes, I did. I even put my certificate number on the I129f form.

hopefully they can notice dates on every passport and my certificate of citizenship.

recently I became a US citizen and most of my trips were made with my foreign passport. Today I sent my K1 petition with both passport(foreign and american) because I took a recent trip with my new american passport. My question is, will they think is weird I am sending these 2 passport copies?? Will I get an RFE? I did not explain that on my package.

What are you sending? And where?

If sending the K-1 to your US service center, I would suggest USPS. I sent everything priority with no extra services. We have had absolutely no issues. Make sure you keep a copy of everything.

If sending overseas, it all depends on the area and hwo the mail system is. If I shipped to Jamaica, I definately did not want to send it via the USPS.

Opss I forgot to mention is to send the I-129f packet to vermont service...thanks for the replies

Hi all,

When I visit this year my fiance I traveled my a foreign passport because I was not a US citizen yet. However, this month I will travel with an Amerian pasport, so my question is, for proof of meeting within 2 years, do I need to sen copies of both passports?

The foreign passport has over 4 stamps and the american will have only one for that visit. I know these visists are important and want to show them all, so I guess I need to copy only the biographical pages of both plus the stamps showing the entries and exits, right? or Do I need to photocopy both passports including empty pages, wouldn't that be too much?

I have to say that in miami my process was smooth and quick, I went to the office

and applied on monday and received by thursday..I did paiy $60 more for expedite sevice

and I got my certificate of naturalization back in the same envelope.

hi, I am USC by naturalization...what should I put in citizenship/nationality? United States or where I was born? I looked the sample form but the sample is from the foreign fiance, I am the petitioner.

The other question is my A# is no longer valid right? I am no longer LPR...
