My wife's interview was today and by the grace of God she was approved. the only question they asked her was what was the date of our marraige and then said congrats you got the visa. THanks to everyone who answered my questions and good luck to all who are still waiting.

havent been here for a while but just wanna let you all know my case was completed on 11/25 and my wife's interview was scheduled for Jan 27th in Islamabad, Pakistan. Any other pakistanis have their interview around that time??

I got a RFE on my Marriage certificate and PCC. They said i didnt send the right documents so now the supervisor is looking into it.

I finally sent my ds 230 in today...

I paid my IV bill on the 24th and its already been accepted...i am able to print out the coversheet for the ds 230...now im just waiting for all the documents from my wife's end to arrive...looks like that will take a week or though

ok kids here is my deal...the aos bill is paid and accepted, iv bill paid and is in process (hopefully will be accepted by tomorrow), aos package will be sent today, and ds 3032 has also been accepted.

M&S at least go forward with the I 129F and continue to push nvc to get the I 130 ####### straightened out.

Waitingforeever, Once you pay AOS ( $70 ) and print out barcode sheet ( Cover sheet ) can you send all the documents with that cover sheet or you have to wait for NVC to create actual I-864 package. And it is same for IV bill once you print cover sheet online can you just send the documents or have to wait for actual paper from NVC to received. Any one please respond I am bit confused. Rmusic

Wait till the acutual documents are generated...you will know when they are generated by talking to the operator and he/she will tell you or it will be on the AVR. Sending it early can cause delays

AOS bill finally paid and in process

wow amazing i called a million times and still didnt get the IIN

Hey guys so i have a quick question here. i am preparing the copies for my tax returns for the AOS. Just want to know am i suppose to include the state taxes also or just the federal? is it a problem if i include both?

One more dumb question, I filled out the DS-3032 by hand and am ready to go online to fill out and email but where do I have to go to email?

it was approved on 12 of sept.

i havent yet recived the hard copy

Get all your stuff ready for the DS 230 and be patient.

I would say give it a week.

Did you find this out by talking to an operator? I'll call today.

Yep i called them and they told me it was generated but nobody is willing to give out the IIN number. I am officially throwing in the towel in trying to get the IIN from the operator cause they just wont give it out. I will wait for the mail and take it from there.

Bro i called so many times and i got the same operator twice and when i asked him he was like didnt i tell you tht we dont give it out already lol

how long does it take for them to make a IIN number for me. They received my application of sept 9th and i got my nvc case number a few days later. They have not generated the ds 3023 or aos bill yet and wont give me my IIN number. Are they not giving it to me cause they dont have it or cause they are just being *****?

It's okay I guess, because i will need to work hard all these months...cuz next summer we're gonna have a big a1ss wedding back home.

First of all, Thank God I found this forum... The application process has been extremely overwhelming for me. My I130 petition reached the CSC on June 11th and my I129F on 11th Aug. My case was approved Sept 3 and I received both NOA 2 hardcopies via mail yesterday!!! However, I am very confused about the procedure henceforth. Could anyone please give a general overview of what I should expect or point me in the right direction, maybe provide a forum link. I did read the general documentation for the application process, but I am still confused if I would receive forms here in US or would my fiance receive forms that are requried to be filled. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The document was updated in 2005. Has the procedure changed since then?

Also I beleive the Abu Dabhi consulate does not accept a I 864 they accept I 134's instead... Not sure about this, need to verify.
