  1. I am going to file for citizenship in 2 months. I was a housewife for 2.5l years because our family income allows me to do so. last year I started college again and I am still a student. This year I worked for 4 months but it was difficult to combine a full-time job with my college so I left the job. Is it going to be a problem when I file for citizenship? I filed taxes all the time with my spouse.

  2. for now the INS nightmare is over

    Check was cashed - 11/7/06

    Received my NOA - 11/22/06

    Biometrics - 11/25/06 and scheduled for 12/5/06

Received an email that Card Production has been ordered - 2/6/2007

Received an email that I-751 approval notice was sent - 2/12/2007

please do not compare Texas and California  2 different things

  4. Well, Sahir the b@#$h ( Excuse my English, Please) in INS basically gave me a second interview asking about what kind of documents I had sent and was very much conserned why we did not have any lease/morgage/ debt  because we own things!! House, cars, furniture etc are paid off!! Moreover the house is bought under my husbands company so neither him or me are in the title, but his LLC and the same LLC is in all utility bills. Also she was stressing that we still do not have any kids as if I had to breed as soon as I had crossed the border. I have some medical problems right now and I may undergo throat surgery so I have zero desire to get pregnant at this very moment (I am on antibiotics almost all the time) anyway it is none of her business.
