  1. I noticed and heard that Vermont filers are having issues logging into USCIS but CSC filers dp nothave tis problem, I dunno why.

No August filer approvals yet, believe me folks in that thread are going insane and very ansy, Im just holding on but hey like everybody in that thread knows im the strong one so im just hanging in there and waiting my turn.

The only thing I am looking forward to is spending time with my soulmate after christmas, I have 20 days! woohoo! I hope I get my NOA2 by January while I am with her.

Shanira remember that you have your NOA1 now, check on website or not you have that, its an indication your file is in their hands now, so dont worry too much.

    Ah, okay I see.

I wish you good luck and hopefully your wish will come true, you never know ;)

Yep, that's right. I'm not worried at all to be honest, i know im in the system and thats enough for me, checking it online its just a bonus for me, whenever i will be able to :D

  2. I'm going to be with my fiance for christmas, but only because we got lucky!

We weren't supposed to see eachother untill next summer, but he checked out the ticket prizes for fun and it turned out that it was cheaper than expected, so he ordered a ticket and he is going to stay here for around 16 days before he returns..

I can't lie and say im not happy :)

    LUCKY!

How you been Shanira, Ms. August Filer at heart?

    Indeed :)

I'm fine thanks, just annoyed that i still can't check my status on their website and follow my case, but i have patience and hope it will be fixed soon :)

So is there any August approvals?

  3. Hm so you are saying that the doctor dosnt have acces to my "hospital history" or whatever you wanna call it?

It worries me alittle since i have 2 lumps in one breast, but I went to the hospital and they checked it and its completely fine, there is no danger and its normal in my age, they wouldnt remove them etc.

I can understand that the doctor at the medical exame will find out that i have them, but if he wont be able to see my record that i actually went how am i gonna convince him that they does no threat whatsoever? :)

    Thanks

The doctors at the medical won't as they deal purely with the visa process. I would take with you documentation (like a letter from your doctor) to show that you have been checked out and your doctor is happy there is no threat to your health.

Ah, okay that sounds like a good idea, i hope its enough :D

    Thanks for your answer :)

  5. Welcome to December, October filers! We're about half way to NOA2. How does it feel to be so far along? I am grateful for the remaining time because we have a lot left to plan, as well our plans have changed some, and I'll likely be going to see her this summer, and the two of us shall return to America together.

Hope everyone is doing well and taking care.

    Hi there

That's exactly also my fiance's and my plan, he'll come here in June, stay here for maybe 1 month and I will hopefully have my visa by then and the plan is to go back to USA together :)

    I can't wait..

  6. I only met my fiance once for three weeks, we are not worried about it.

And you may not need to worry about it. On the other hand, you may find yourselves severely disappointed in the initial outcome of your visa process. You've just now filed a petition, so have little basis for concluding you or anybody else will have a successful outcome. The totality of circumstances will rule the day at the interview, not one data point.

I'm not concluding weither or not we or others will succes, i'm just saying my own experience and that I am in the same boat. :)

I didn't look at the OP's embassy, when i wrote it.

  7. Hello all.

We finally recieved our NOA1 and i am so happy!

But then we tried to look for our case online on uscis.gov, our casenumber starts with EAC then followed by 10 digits, but everytime we try it says Validation Error(s) or something, like the number do not exist and we checked it 100 times now and it is the right number we are typing.

Then i'm thinking maybe it takes a few days or something before we can track our case online?

Did this happen to anyone else before? :)

    Thanks for your time.

  8. Thank you all and thanks SoInLove16, i actually also still feel like an august filer..

Congratz MzMo1102, thats so wonderfull for you, your noa1 is just around the corner then :D

I tried to track our case online, but it dosnt work for some reason, maybe it takes some days before it goes into the system?

Otherwise my fiance will call them soon and hear, but it dosnt bother me that much really, i'm just releaved and happy and now i can finally relax after all this time..

NOW the real waiting begins lol..
