We got married in March but couldn't afford to pay for AOS straight away.. we did it in june or july and the green card came through in Oct. So we're looking at starting Removal of Conditions in July... how about you?

We'll be doing that in Oct. of this year.... Ya had me scared! LOL I was thinking maybe I missed a date or something! Nick had to set me straight!

Our day finally came, we just got the copy of our NOA1 from the lawyer, dated July 25th. We are keeping our fingers crossed for you that yours is just a minute behind ours!! Be sure and let us know as soon as you get it!! Shan&Nick

Well, I don't know if this is at all true or not... or even where we read/heard it as we've been reading so much... but that the visa centers don't process all visa apps all the time. That one month they do all the k3s one month they do k1s etc... which would sorta make sense as to why those of us that filed in july have heard nothing yet. Hopefully they start getting looked at soon th
