  1. Hello All,

I had my interview few days ago and I like to share the details of my experience ((:

My interview was about 10 minutes. He started with the reading, writing and civic tests right after asking me to review my informations.

First he asked me to read " how many senators in the United states ?" Then he he handed me a paper and asked me to write " United states has 100 senators ."

After reading and writing tests, he started asking me the civic questions

    I can't remember them all ((:-/

1- why are there 13 strips in the American flag?

2- which ocean is located in the west coast ?

    3- what happened in September 11th, 2001 ?

4- what is the rule of the law?

After the tests, he started reviewing my n-400 form

Every thing was fine but he stopped in these questions about violations which I answered them all with "no" and he asked if I ever got stopped for a traffic violations and I said yes I have a few speeding tickets ((:

He asked if I paid them all !? I answered yes and he didn't ask for any proof of payments .

He was wondering why I had along trip outside the country last summer !?

Over all he was a firm young officer and there was another officer standing the whole time next to him .. May be because of a training purposes

In the end , he handed me a piece of paper and

told me that he recommend me for approval and it has to be reviewed again by his supervisor and go throw some background check and they will send me a letter with the date and time of my oath ceremony

Congrats to everybody who passed their interviews and waiting for their ceremony and good luck to who still waiting.

I am glad that my journey is almost over which has started 6 years and six months ago.. Good luck to every body and this is not the end but it is just a new beginning .

  2. Final divorce with pending I-751

Asked in Louisville, KY - 41 minutes

Iam confused and don't know what to do. One attorney told me we should withdraw your current petition and file a waiver petition , the other attorney told me you don't have to re file we just send to change your status to divorced But when I read online a bout similar cases when you just send the divorce decree to change status they ask u for interview and deny the joint pettion and ask you to re file again with a waiver. So please advise me should I withdraw it and file another one from now and save time ?

  3. I have pending I-751 was filled jointly with my wife, and she filled for divorce and it is final now

Iam going to reapply again as a waiver and already prepared the package and getting ready to send it

My quastion is, should I write a letter to withdraw the pending jointly application and send it with the new package or send the letter first to withdraw the pending application then reapply as a waiver later

  4. Yes as long as she is legally resident in england

i had the some situation for your fiancee

i am egyptian and was living in kuwait and the whole process was throw american embassy in kuwait

So while filling for here write american embassy in england , they send the case to london when get the aproval

She will just need criminal background document from indonisia before her interview in london

  5. I Rode some topics about the different between the three famous no A# & visa no & i-94 no

I understood that the A# is the number in noa2

    I found the no like this A012 345 678

so in A# I should write just the 9 numbers start with 0 or write letter A also

visa no i found it on the right side of the visa 8 no with red ink

the i-94 no the only no is written , it is under admission no ( 11 numbers )

  6. Don't worry so much , it is just time if they want to deny your case they could do it since your first interview

my interview was at Kuwait cause i was living there since 2 years

my first interview was on 1 mar 2009 and second interview on 21 mar 2009 , then she told me u are under further administrative process

i still in it for 4 months m then they asked me to bring my passport even i paid at dhl for package delivery

just 2 days they sent email informing me that my case under further ap again

after 45 days i was going to send email telling them they bring my passport back for renewing my residency , but i found a call from dhl tellng me we will bring your passport tomorrow , i aske them is it package or just passport he told me i don't know

i didn't think it is the package because they didn't inform me with any thing , i thought it is just the passport

next day he came and has the package with my passport

and it was written in the visa the day of ap clearance , it was the previous day the issued the visa

inshallah u will get good news soon[/color]

  7. Nina+Matt Thanks so much

Yes iam staying in kuwait andi will be here untill i have the visa . . so all process will be while iam in kuwait even the interview will be throw us embassy in kuwait

so i will write the last adress in egyt in the point Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than one year.

but is it mean they will send to the embassy which belong this adress in egypt or they will send to the empassy in kuwait for current adress

  8. i would list all the addresses you have lived in the past 5 years, just like the form is instructing you! and i would probably also list your new address in kuwait since youre there right now and they need to send you documents to that address.

are you the usc or the so of a usc?

iam not the usa fiance iam egyptian

so what i should write here Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than one year.

    or let it blanc
