Hello. I am new to this site. I just found it and must say it has helped heaps. We have been a little lost with this whole process and more than a bit intimidated. I will do my timeline when I figure out how.
My main question now is that I am just about to finish my job as is my husband. I am in New Zealand with him and it appears this job doesn't count with NVC anyway. We have a sponsor who covers us with plenty of room to spare and my assests are not horrible either but far from the 5 X the povery level. I am just hoping that we will not have too many issues with the 864.
Any advice or has anyone been in this situation? We were just about to take off for a three month bike vacation but our i-130 was approved and life has been turned upside down! In a good but stressful way
