Congrats Verne! Very exciting! And not to get you too excited, but a package was shipped from NVC today to Yaounde, Cameroon. I became obsessed today with checking the DHL website so printed out the list for today! I don't know how fast they ship or anything, so of course it could be someone else's...but I bet there aren't that many in Cameroon!

You're definately right, alot of packages don't head to Cameroon per what I've found too from previous search on DHL. All what i am praying for now is a December interview day. I am just relieve of the fact that i had no RFE from NVC.
Thought of calling NVC Operator, but hey, this forum is more knowledgebale in the process then the NVC operators who just read from the same source as AVR.
let me not say toomuch could cause my case to be revoke. hahahahahahahah

To Finn and all who've successfully had an NVC login failed, case complete, CONGRADs on your vj. Hope the rest of us still waiting will be next. Rather unfortunate, the wait will be a +1 day since tomorrow is a holiday. Guys whatever happen, let's just keep praying for God's in control.

I checked the AVR when I got off from work this afternoon and it stated that I had some forms or documents that were missing and they mailed out a letter to me on 10/30/09. Would this be the 230 packet that I mailed out to them???
I got the same message. I didn't get an email yet either. I'm hoping its the 230 packet and no real RFE...
If they say it is the entire 230 package it is a false RFE
Check list email, what's this for. Can some one please help me out here.

Here's the best way I can explain it...a checklist is a stupid email that NVC will send you to put you into a panic, showing certain documents that have no been received by NVC yet, even though you paid a huge amount of money to have these "missing" docs fedexed overnight and know the infamous J. Desmond signed for it days ago. So basically you just need to ignore the email and have a huge glass of wine.

NVC now have my last package (hopefully no RFE). IV package was delivered at 9:45AM and sign for by J.CONLEY......

With all the stuff I've been reading for the last few days on this forum, notice this morning that the IV bill was available, I didn't even think for a second before clicking on paid bill. JUST HOPE ALL GOES WELL FOR ME.

Verne I am sure that it will finally catch up and be ok, you may just need to call the NVC and talk to an operator...Mine was available for 4 days without email and I ended up paying it anyways and then so far I have gotten MULTIPLE emails saying it was available to pay...
And Sam, I did call the NVC and talk to an operator but you know the usual answer you'll get. DON'T PAY TILL YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL, IF YOU DO IT'S GOING TO DELAY PROCESSING. I've been waiting since July 13th, 2009, when i initially file I130. So a few more days wouldn't kill me. Any way just look online, payment pending with my bank. I am taking the documents to work, and i'll check the status at 3PM, should PAID just surface, I'll print that cover page, and mail out the documents. Will even attach receipt print too.
Some operators at NVC are very understanding while others who don't understand the pain we go through being apart from our spouse, family just feel stuff should be done with respect to the BOOKS.

Well hopefully it'll do just like how a quite a few of ours has done this past week. Shows available then pay it, it's deducted out of your account then shows paid...QUICK print out the cover letter..then it's not paid ...then PAID again!!

The pattern continues. Receive IV Bill email this morning. Then bill status changed to unpaid. I was nervous, called NVC like 6 times requesting what to do. One operator told me to cancel payment with my bank, then go ahead and pay again....hahahahaha. NVC need employees who know all the process. 4PM status online changed to PAID, both invoice, and receipt. Within two second i had cover page printed.
Hence IV package is with FEDEX. promise 10:30AM delivery to NVC. Back to the waiting game again.
OMG!!! Shat and Idiot!!! You have to think for a moment, that some people who have not found this site and are navigating this alone... Can you imagine the issues that this incopentence has created!!1 What a mess! Glad you knew better! I swear monkeys could give more informed responses I think!!!
Absolutely Christeen, people who navigate alone should really be at the mercy of God. I told her the transaction is pending with my bank, then she replied i should cancel to avoid it completely going through then repair through the invoice i receive in the email today morning. The invoice number for my IV bill and AOS where same. Notwithstanding, NVC do have some experience operators. Recall when i had my approval, on a thursday, then i call on tuesday the following week, the operator told me they just receive the package and i should give them some time to input. Being so anxious i called in the afternoon, the operator i got on phone, HAVE YOU RECEIVE AN APPROVAL NOTICE FOM USCIS? I replied yes. We don't have any sign of your package. MAYBE NVC HAS FEDERAL EMPLOYEES AND CONTARCTORS AS OPERATORS HENCE THEY DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THE SOURCES OF INFORMATION.
THANK GOD, I STOOD MY GROUNDS.

just called avr, states that they received our ds-3032. when will they generate IV fee bill???
You should have it by Friday hopefully! Mine was 1-2 days later.
NVC ACKNOWLEDGE TO HAVE OUR DS3032 ON FRIDAY 23RD, BUT TILL DATE NO IV BILL. Call and was told by operate it hasn't been review into their system.

WHAT A DAY I WOKE UP STRESSED CUZ NOTHING WITH THE IV BILL PROCESSED SO I CALL THE AVR SYSTEM IT TELLS ME THEYRE REVIEW MY 1864 AND A DOCUMENT WAS MISSING CALLED OPERTOR SHE TELLS ME 1864 IS FINE ALL IM MISSING IS MY HUSBAND DS3230 ,SO I DECIDED TO GO AND MAIL THEY DS3230 CUZ I ONLY EMAILED IT ,PAID $18 TO THE POST OFFICE SEND IT NEXT DAY AND WHEN I CAME HOME THE IV BILL WAS PROCESSED I SAW THAT $400 DOLLARS READY TO BE PAID I WAS SOOOOOOO HAPPY JAJAJAJA LOST 18 BUCKS BUTS ITS ALL GOOD KNOW I PAID NOW WAIT FR RECIPT AND SEND MY LAST OF MY STRESS AWAY JAJAJA

Hi everyone who've had a successful NVC vj, does the NVC require the original birth certificate of beneficiary of A CERTIFIED TRUE COPY WILL SUFFICE.

I have a question to put out there today...I was on the NVC information page looking at the fees that we need to pay and I came across the Security Enhancement Fee. It is for $45.00, is this included when we pay the IV fee? Or is this a separate fee that we will get billed later on??

I sent my own AOS package on friday too through express and requested that they not attempt a delivery during the weekend. To my greatest dismay, i check the status online, guest what, they foolishly didn't read the instructions on the package. SO they leave a notice. I'll be calling them first thing in the morning for them to redeliver. I requested Monday before noon.
Has anyone has to problem in the pass. Hope calling the Postmoth post office will resolve my problem.
I think they will make 3 attempts to deliver so check again Monday
The USPS does just one attempt im my city here in Lake Jackson Texas
Maybe in they do in "LIVE FREE OR DIE STATE". But i am not going to take chances, I'll ring their phone first thing in the morning

Happen to be home all day today, hence paid a visit to the NVC website every hour. Finally at 3:30 PM Central time, my AOS bill status changed to PAID.
So far good. Hope i fly through NVC as fast as possible.

It's been about 11 business days since NVC got our e-mails and we haven't received anything yet. Is this normal?
Don't know, but i gave my email on Tuesday and got the email yesterday at 9:30PM (Central time).
If i were you, I'll call and talk to an operator.

1. For anyone with a Bank of America Checking, there are two routing numbers on a check. SO should I use the one directly infront of my checking account(113000023)on the check or the one directly below bank's name and logo (ACH/R/T111000025)
2. The DS-3032 at to the email from NVC, is it a must that APPLICANT HAS to return a filled copy of the that which they sent?
3. She sent an email (using the template on vj wiki), with a scan copy of DS 3032 as attachment. Can NVC, accept the email version of DS 3032 without ever receiving the hard copy?
Hope someone is still up who can help me here guys. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
The routing number is the one directly under the "for" line on the check (it is 9 digits)
The account number is the second set of 12 digits (throgh the '' marks
The template for the 3032 from the shortcuts is fine, just send it from the intending immigrants e-mail.... You do not need the original unless you are mailing a hard copy

A quick question please.
Was kind of working ahead so as to be ready when NVC finally get my file. Since my spouse is quiet far off, I downloaded DS3032 and forwarded for her to complete and sign then return to me. Now i have the sign copy, but the date she put on is 09/14/09. Our case # at NVC was created 10/09/09. Will the date be an issue at NVC.
Any ideas. Or i should request she sign another one and sent ?
Sorry, I can't give you a definitive answer to your question but from what I understand is that once your NVC case has been assigned you can send them the DS-3032 so that they know where to deliver the mail to. I think the DS-3032 is some kind of a consent form. Personally, I don't think they would care if the date is off as long as you signed and dated. Once you signed and dated the DS-3032, NVC can proceed their processing and when done they know where to send it to.

OK.... let me clear up one thing..... YOU SHOULD NOT SEND NVC FORMS THAT THEY HAVE NOT ASKED FOR... OTHERWISE IT WILL BE REJECTED!!! JUST HAVING A CASE # ASSIGNED DOES NOT MEAN THAT NVC IS READY TO ACCEPT YOUR FORMS!!! Following this tip will save you A LOT of time and stress!!!! If you have given your e-mail addresses to NVC, they will e-mail you when the AOS fee bill is ready to be paid AND the 3032...
As far as the date, it should not be an issue since she dated the form when it was signed... But WAIT FOR NVC TO TELL YOU THEY ARE READY TO ACCEPT THE FORM until you send it otherwise it will not be accepted and you WILL have to do it again!!!
Sorry to sound so forceful, but I have seen this advice to send the form as soon as you get an NVC # on other threads and I dont want too many people to get scr**ed by doing this... The guides clearly state the following example; Trying to send in your forms before NVC is ready for them is like trying to pay your electric bill before the electric company billed you!!! I know it really sucks with how long they have been taking... but hang in there THEY WILL EVENTUALLY ASK YOU FOR THE FORMS!!!!

Actually i didn't have the intentions of sending the form before NVC request them. The date issue just caught my attention. So wanted to have some ideas on it, and not wait untill when it is requested then I find myself with something that is not worth the pain.
Thank you very much for sharing your ideas and experience. I am a listener, hence wouldn't consider it forceful either.
