Received July 1st, 2008, NOTHING YET!!

Heres some info we got today from our attorney. Thought I would pass it on in case it makes anyone else feel any better.... Not sure it worked for me, but it might for someone else. Ive come to the conclusion that im NOT a patient person! Good thing I love this guy so gosh darn much! He could live on the MOON and Id wait for him to get home to me!

"There was a memo circulated by the USCIS this morning about receipting delays, which leads me back to your check being cashed as the first sure-fire way to know that things are in process. Nonetheless, I have no fear as they have your materials and that receipt date is the date we use for determining whether or not something is being or is soon to be reviewed."

So I guess go with your receipt date to figure out a date??? really??

nothing for us yet.... Still waiting... and waiting..... and waiting.... Anyone heard anything about CSC? What could be going on??

We posted ours to the CSC on June 30th- it was received overnight and NOTHING. Not one stinkin word yet Check has not been cashed. No NOA NOTHING. Im so frustrated I could cry

When should we officially start to worry?

Filed 30th june still no word on NOA1 or cheque cashed. We used an immigration lawyer and they got notice it was recieved 1st july, will they get notified or will we or do we just wait until cheque is cashed or the hard copy arrives?. I dont want to keep on bugging the lawyer. i want to start bugging him later on in the process when we are chasing the NOA2!! We just want this journey to START!!

OK~ so what fun suggestions do all of you have for keeping this long distance thing going? Were doing really well, but I would do anything to make it better. Suggetions? Ideas? A six hour time delay is a PITA! I want him to know Im thinking about him all day long Give me some good ideas

Oh man...now im panicking We sent ours on June 30th and havent heard a THING yet Should I panick?? Wait it out?? Check has not been cashed or anything.

OHH!! This whole process is just maddening! We sent ours in June 30th- have confirmation that it arrived, now NOTHING!!! Went to California. Im telling myself its just a holiday thing, but boy am I frustrated

Hello all! My fiance and I filed as of June 30th (through California) Very green when it comes to the lingo and everything else on this site, but were trying to catch up

Just curious if anyone else filed around the same time? So far we havent heard anything, but I understand a holiday weekend is probably not the best for production.
