    Mady_dam NOA1 is the Notice Of Action you will receive first from USCIS, it's just a receipt, to let you know that they received your petition and it's in process, and NOA2 will be the Approval notice / their decision, Touch is every time your petition is been update, u can only know by registering ur case on their website to get an Email update, each update is a Touch on ur case, welcome and Happy waiting, good luck to all of us.

    Our check was cashed yesterday, i found out today when i went to bant to withdraw some money, the reciept i got from the cashier showed me a sick account balance; wait a minute, my balance should be more than this, who robbed me? :lol: , in seconds i snapped OMG, our check has been cashed, very unusual, i check my account from home every morning, but today i didn't, i really wasn't expecting our check to be cashed this week, not even next week, that was how much we had lost our hope, at least we know our petition filing has officially begun........... :dance:

    Hi guys, i think we can also hang out here with u guys, we originally sent our petition to VSC on the 26th june and was received on the 28th june, we didn't hear anything until Aug 9 when we received our entire petition back from VSC because of a poorly written check, so we wrote another check and sent back the petition to VSC on Aug 11, and it was delivered and signed for by P. Novak, so i think we may also be considered an August filer, pls welcome us to the wait room :lol:

    Guys i have been mad all the while for not receiving my NOA1, buts it's all for my silly mistake, i received my whole application back in the mail today and the cover letter said i made a mistake on the check i submitted, which i already suspected about 4days ago, i'm happy though, i know my application is not lost, i'll write a correct check and send the application back on monday through over-night delivery, to the address they provided, it's the same st. Albans, but another department, i hope this correction will put us on back on track quick.

    Guys i have been mad all the while not receiving my NOA1, and it was all for my silly mistake, i receive my whole application back in the mail today because of my check was mis-spelt in words, actually one ommition, i'm happy though, cos' i know my application is not lost. I'll send it back with a correct check over-night on monday to the address provided, it's the same st. albans but different department.

    My check will never be cashed because i mad a silly mistake, i put "$455:00", which is correct, but i miss spelt it in words i wrote " four hundred and fifty" instead of "four hundred and fifty five",,i found out 2 days ago curiously going through the documents i submitted, i had made copies of every thing including the cheque, and i'm getting tired :blush: of this whole process, i may be going home to Marry my Angel and file as a wife, because, k3 is more relaible in Nigeria when it comes to the Consulate section, it's just because Nigeria is tagged a high fraud immirating country.

    :help: Hey guys, i was just going through the documents i submitted with our K1 petition to the VSC, i made copies of everything including the cheque, now i noticed i made a mistake on my cheque, i put "$455:00", which is correct, but i miss spelt it in words i wrote " four hundred and fifty" instead of "four hundred and fifty five", what do u think guys/ could this be the reason it has not been cashed yet? pls help :help:
