  1. hi everyone,

i went to st. luke's today (june 24) and to my dismay, they declared a special holiday. i was just so disappointed! it's very difficult to take some leave in my work and for me to be able to go to st luke's today, i had spent, 19 straight hours in the office yesterday. since i can't take a leave today, i asked my boss if i can do double shift yesterday so i can finish all the reports, deliverables and tasks i'm supposed to do today. good thing is that, i was allowed to do that, except for the fact that i was so tired. but anyway, my problem is that i want to finish my medical exam tomorrow (june 25), since today was not a success. i'm still thinking on how i can ask my boss' permission that i won't be going to work tomorrow. i have a few questions here, and i know the people here are friendly and always willing to help:

    1. is it possible to finish the medical exam in one day? if i go to st. luke's tomorrow at 5:00 am, will i be finish by afternoon?

    2. there are some who said that it's better to be at st. luke's at 1pm after lunch as there are less people at this time. should i decide to carry on with the two day ordeal at st. luke's, is it really advisable to come after lunch instead of morning? and for the second day, coming in at 1pm is better?

    god bless all of us.

  2. hi everyone,

i'm glad to have found this site as it gave me information not found on the downloadable packet nor the us embassy website..my interview is scheduled on the 18th of july and i have plans of taking my medical exam on the first week of july..i have two tattoos on my body and i'm afraid it might be an issue with the attending physician that will examine me..you know stories of people who weren't able to leave the country because of tattoos or something like that..i really need your opinion on this..

    god bless!

Having tattoos is not an issue for medical exam, they will just ask you why you have it and when you have it. Thats all then they will just note that to your medical record.... i have a three dots tattoo too on my right hand .

hope this could be a help

    jane
