hi there...i feel bad too.. can't sleep, can't work well..hehehe!! anyway, we got an RFE coz i didn't include his annullment papers from court! ( i know..it's stupid mistake.).i only submitted the one from NSO coz i thought it is the " official " doc that they want! But i was wrong! anyway, all i have to do now is pray hard and hope i did everything right this time..i just sent it today..just as soon i checked our mail box! Well, lets just wait for their reply! i'm a regular here anyway, i'll post something as soon as i hear from them!!! good luck to u and your fiance!

Hello everybody i'm a newbie here. I just feel so bad afetr waiting more than 4 months. i'm a march filer. we followed everything that said on Visajourney checklist but still we got and RFE. I checked my status at USCIS last sunday july 20,2008 it was said that on July 19,2008 they sent us REquest for additonal Evidence and until now my fiance haven't received that notice they sent. how long will it take for my fiance to received that notice we've been waiting for 5 days now and my fiance lives in Yakima,Washington.hope anybody/anyone can answer my question.Thank you and i'm so happy for those march filers that receievd their approval. pls pray for us. thank you and God bless everyone.

hi... i just had an rfe..got the email July 22..and I recieved the letter today.. and I send it back to them today also..had it express mailed!!! I live in Los Angeles which is only approx 1 hr away from Laguna Niguel!! I think it depends on how fast the postal service is!! anyway, i really dont know how long it would take them to process it..but i'm hoping my case would be back on track!! my fellow feb filer told me "sometimes" it could take only days then they get the NOA2..I'm really hoping he's right!!! anyway, good luck to all of us who are still waiting for the good news!!

From everything I hear RFEs are usually processed pretty quickly. A lot of people get their NOA2 within 30 days of their RFE being returned to CSC. I hope you're one of those! Just get it returned ASAP once you know what's up!

Most people get their NOA2 only a day or two after USCIS gets the RFE reply. At least you know that someone is actively working on your case. You should have it in no time at all

hi everybody..got touched again today!! got an email from CRIS...no noa2 yet! I got a RFE!! I hope everything is fine with my case! I got too excited..now i feel bummed about everything! hayyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!! i guess i'll just have to wait for the papers and check what's wrong! anyway, hope somebody from Feb filer would get a better luck this week!

hi guys...... it's 9:16 Los Angeles, Ca time. I just checked my status again in USCIS... i got touched again today..that makes it 3 touches from July 18, 20, and today 21st!! I really hope it is the NOA2. So , i will just wait for today check again my email around lunch time and before i go home!! I really really hope this is our week..mid and early feb filers!!! hehehe

We just got our approval email!

I got up early to talk to my Fiance before he goes to bed, as I have every day for 17 months, and while he was checking the weather on the internet he suddenly said "oh my god"...."hold on a minute, oh my god".... "case status, approval notice sent!". CIS apparently sent the notification email at 8.45pm on Friday night. Maybe I don't hate them so much any more

So the curse of the 'last touched on 22 Feb' bunch is dissolving slowly. I had not further touches, just an approval notice.

I hope all goes smoothly in London, we might just make that November 29th wedding after all.

Congratulations to those heading into the next phase and my fingers are crossed for all those still waiting.

Thank you all for being here and adding info and stats - our approval matched VJ estimate almost exactly, and I am deeply grateful for the thread of hope that this gave me in the agonies of waiting.

I'm pretty sure about that as when Richard called the CSC the lady he got on call told him that as summer time there is a chance that our adjudicator is in vacation.

I'm pretty sure we got all the same adjudicator. If we're lucky he will come back monday.

I think the adjudicator on our case worked today!!!! I just got touched today!! I thinks our time is coming up soon!!!!

Help Please! Can anyone let me know if there are any mid Feb filers left that are waiting for their NOA2s. My NOA1 date was Feb. 19, and no "touch" or "poke" or "wink" or anything since Feb. 22. What do I do?

hi!! i filed mine on feb 14 and my noa1 is dated feb22. nope!! Haven't heard anything yet..didn't feel any touches yet!!! I just talked to my fiance, he just told me to be patient! we know our time is coming very soon!!! i guess we just have to push our patience a little bit more!! let's just sit and wait!!! or the more productive to do right now is gather all the documentations ( for affidavit of support..etc )..or planning the wedding!!! heheheh!! I guess i just started to look at the brighter side.... we have enough time to plan the big day!!!

After 5 months of waiting we finally got our NOA2 today!!We were on the verge of losing hope and even thought that our petition was lurking somewhere in the trash bins at uscis but boy we were wrong.There was not even a single touch on the website and up to now it says that our case is still pending.It went straight to our mailbox!!!So to all February CSC filers there dont lose hope.Their website is not reliable so dont bank on it...

hi there..!!!! I'm really happy for those couples who got their NOA 2 !! I tried to call earlier today..I dunno.. I have a feeling, I'm being left out! anyway, The guy didn't give much help anyway..he said that the processing date as of this afternoon is Dec 18!! I really don't think he looked at my file ! anyway, my question is.... for those who called and was able to talk to anybody..were they able to see and informed you guys on what's going on the petitioner's case???? How much access do they have??? because the guy I talked to earlier seems to just looked at the same thing I'm looking at in their website regarding the last update and the date it was filed??? anyway, i hope anyone could answer my questions!!!

NOA2 BABY!!!!!!!!!! I got home from work about Midnight last night so i had to wait until today to get my mail from my neighbor, and there it was!!!!! A nice little envelope from the Gub'ment!! The NOA2 was dated July 19th, so the touch I had on the 20th was it. So much for signing up for e-mail alerts and the USCIS website. your better off just waiting.

And the even better news is I leave tomorrow for Germany to spend our 1 year engagment together!! WAAAHOOOO, hang in there Feb filers, your day is coming!!!
