    My fiancee had criminal records.. he had weeds related case when he's in teenage before..because that time it was illegal..but now today it's legal now in their,and he have child neglect case,because their parents house is messy.. he just receive the email says guilty and ,said that u should clean the house and they let his kid stay with him.. he never been in jail Is there still a chance that we approved in K1-VISA ? Btw my fiancee is from Chicago Illinois
